Known by the locals as "Man Made Lake" this is a large, beautiful park that's perfect for throwing the Frisbee around either with two-legged or four-legged friends. It's the only official off-leash park that I've been to in St. Albert. It's large enough that if you're concerned about socializing your dog, you can usually find an area large enough to play where no one will bother you. The dogs are all usually focused on chasing whatever their owner is throwing for them to fetch anyway. Sometimes they'll go for a swim in the lake - the big fountain in the middle must look appealing to a thirsty dog. There are lots of garbage cans available and people are good about using them.
