    This does not deserve a star  but I had to put one to review it.
    Every once in awhile something shocks me - in a bad way. This business did exactly that.
    A friend of mine was given a wonderful promo package from this business through its door to door sales tactics.  Who doesn't want to save money in these hard times, right?

    Looking forward to a wonderful experience, she was instead treated to several unprofessional practices that left her going to the family doctor the next morning and being diagnosed as having a chemical burn on her face that may potentially remain as a scar.  It was horrifying. ( I chose not to upload those pictures.)

    The aesthetician, Rose, had applied the acid to her face for what was supposed to be 5 minutes turned out to be twenty.  The application brush from the serum was not clean either. It still had residue from a bronzer treatment still on it.  Even before this was done she had not washed her hands. To add insult to injury,  when she was cleaning the facial area before applying anything - she had unknowingly ripped my friends nose ring out.  Even she had commented on where had it gone.

    Okay and still in the healing process, my friend returned to a much more empathetic response. She received her money back on the treatment and her medical expenses.  

    I cannot impress upon you how unprofessional and alarming this incident was. This experience did leave an impression but not a positive one that you want to experience.
