The Vague Bistro Lounge is located at what used to be the Harvest House Restaurant. At first look, you might wonder whether the place is open, but it is just going through some updating and the final touches are not yet all in place. In adition, the entrance and parking lot are actually off Bantree Street, so you are looking at the back side of the building as you approach.
We stopped in for breakfast today and this was our first visit to La Vague. The restaurant is clean and relaxed, although it is obvious the place is under on-going revovations to update the decor. The staff are very friendly and on several occasions advised us that if there was anything that was not to our complete satisfaction, let them know and they would correct it. As it turned out, we never had to take them up on that as the breakfast was excellent. Everything was prepared to prefection, delicious and they have some of the best home fries I've ever had. A very enjoyable experience...we will definitely be heading back to La Vague again.
