Not bad in my books. . .
I've only had a battery replaced at this store, never spent the big bucks on a watch here, so my experience probably won't be a great reflection on the store as a whole. I found the service to be prompt and friendly, the person doing the work was fast and efficient. The work was a bit pricey, but everyone knows you don't come to La Swiss for inexpensive. -

AWFUL SERVICE!
My husband has been searching around the city for a specific watch to purchase and had an ABYSMAL experience. Not only did they neglect to even GREET him - but while he was looking at the watches NOT ONE SALES PERSON approached him, and he was there for about 5 - 10 minutes. The only attention he did receive was from their "security guard" who approached them. I guess he seemed pretty "sketchy" in his business attire!
I do NOT recommend shopping at this store.
There are SO many luxury watch stores in and around downtown Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver area. Don't waste your time or any of your money on this store. -

Horrible service. I agree. The people who work their all have sticks up their asses and look at you like a scab if you are there to ask questions rather than fork out a half mill for a watch.
I'll never go back.
How dumb.

Horrible service. I purchased a Swiss Army watch at this store and the lady placed my new watch face down with the crystal facing down on the counter! Add to that, the watch strap broke after one week. The strap was replaced but it was a strap that didn't even fit the watch, but they managed to pokes in the leather strap which was a replacement strap. This is a store that sells 50,000 dollar watches and they don't even have the consideration of ordering a strap for a 200 dollar watch. After a year, the watch loss its water resistance feature so water ended getting inside the watch. The watch repair guy at La Swiss told me that he couldn't repair it so he told me to go across the street to another store to have it fixed.
