I bought a corset without trying it on. (I just didn't have time) I made sure I could return it if it didn't fit, and mentioned there was a good chance I'd be returning it. My total purchase was over $100 so I qualified for a free membership which would save me 10%. I declined because I figured if the corset didn't fit, this membership would make a return problematic. The cashier was baffled and rude in response and made me seem like such an idiot that I agreed to the card. Of course, the corset didn't fit and low and behold, I was right and I ended up paying full price for a membership card I'll never use. And she was rude the whole time she processed the return. Maybe the stores not all bad, but the sales rep needs a lesson in customer service.
