This is a French bistro new to Quebec City in the Summer of 2010, opened by husband and wife Patrice and Cathy Noel who immigrated from Marseilles. It's located in the lower level at 590 Grande Alee Est, and is easy to miss if you aren't looking for their sign. Chef Patrice Noel offers a fresh take on mostly nouveau French cuisine, with some local Quebec dishes also on the menu. His soups are especially good.
The Chef and his wife are always there, and are very personable and interested in their guests. Stop in for lunch or dinner --- it's a very pleasant alternative to the noise and generally marginal food found in most of the Grande Alee/"Restaurant Row" restaurants.
