I've been going to this salon for the past 4 years and have witnessed different owners change. I go to Ludmila (the owner) for my hair now and she does an amazing job, always JUST the color I want! It seems that she understands me perfectly! I have gotten massages there before too, and I think it's really rude of certain people here to write bad reviews just because they didn't let the people at the salon know EXACTLY what they want. Yes, they have amazing service there, but they cannot read your mind, so YOU have to tell them what YOU want, because YOU are the one getting the service. It disappoints me to see people complaining about this hair salon because I have never had a single problem with them, they solve all issues smoothly immediately upon request.

Is there an option to give minus stars for approval rating? My normal lady I go to for a massage has been so busy, so being this place isn't far from where I live I thought I would give them a try. They all are friendly and welcoming however, my complaint is after the fact... I never knew to ask such a question because I've never experienced any issues in the past with any place I've gone. They don't hire Registered Massage Therapists so if you're looking for a refund on your benefits good luck with that. I wish they had given me the common courtesy to mention on the phone when I made my appt that he is not registered or at least after paying the bill, never led me on to believe that I would be able to get a refund. Let me explain.... After I paid for the service that's when they informed me was wasn't a Registered Massage Therapist, they said to come back first wk in May by then he would have written his exam and have an RMT number. I thought not a problem no big issue there. Well May 4th comes around I call back to see what's the story. They tell me he is now on holidays, you will receive a call in a couple wks and we'll have the information for you. I didn't receive a phone call, it's now in the 3rd week of waiting, so I called left a message, no one returned my call. I called again the next day, the receptionist wouldn't help me so I asked to speak to the owner. The owner wasn't in. Finally I spoke with her today May 24th and she is not willing to reconcile anything or to give any form of solution. Needless to say I won't be returning. I now know any place I go, I need to ask if they are Registered so I've learned my lesson, however if they had been upfront with me from the start or had left it as was, when I paid and told me then not Registered, sorry you won't be able to claim on benefits, fine, I would have accepted that, but they led me on to believe I would receive a refund, and that is where my issue lies.

I've been going to this salon for years, saw how owners change and styles change, but what doesn't change is the atmosphere...there is something about this place comforting and homey. It is a full service day spa: hair, feet, hands, face, body- all can be pampered in one place. They use good quality products, but keep reasonable prices. Their nail service is absolutely unique, there are literally few artists who can do nails like Lana or Iryna Gnatovski, I believe there is a page on Facebook with the portfolio.
Definitely recommend as a pampering day for yourself or as a gift.
