I haven't had enough of their bread to give them 5 stars, but what I've had so far is definitely heading that way. I stopped in recently to get some fresh ground flour and picked up a loaf of their three cheese jalapeno bread as well as a spelt cinnamon bun. Both were fantastic - the cinnamon bun was among the best I've had - tender, sweet but not overly sweet, and I would never have guessed it was made of spelt flour. The bread was great too - beautiful looking and very tasty.
It's a bit out of the way if you don't live in Qualicum Beach, but worth the trip.
