If you can score yourself a ticket to this, either from a friend or like me, I got it off a girl from Craigslist ($5), it's definitely worthwhile to go.
Keep your eyes peels for the semi annual sale on forums and what not.
Brands you can buy include:
L'Oreal, Maybelline Makeup (foundation, eyeshadow ($2), mascara, eyeliner ($4.75))
Essie and L'Oreal nail polishes
L'Ombrelle Sun screen ($6.75 a bottle, retail value over $20 - just be careful of the expiry date)
L'Oreal Spray Tan
Biotherm
Roche Posay
Garnier Fructis hair dye, and shampoo/conditioner
Lots of gift sets for cologne, perfume
Shu Umuera Makeup kit
With one ticket, you can go two times, and pass it along to your friends. It's a win-win situation - they can get rid of their past season's stock, and you can get good stuff for cheap!
Just be ware of the ladies walking out with boxes of shampoo. There are a lot of people as well, so if you don't like crowds, brace yourself. I also noticed a lot of women don't know personal boundaries. -

This is a fun sale! They re-stock fairly regularly, so it is worthwhile to go more than once each sale.
It can get quite crowded, but I always find some good stuff. They also have a very limited selection of Laroche Posay, Dermablend, Kiehl's, Shu Uemura, Roget & Gallet.
In addition to fragrance, skin care and make-up, some bags (usually Lancome GWP overstock), lots of nail polish and hair colour and higher end shampoo. Great prices on Ombrelle sunblock.
Bring your own bags, otherwise a nickel each.
There is also a bedding outlet in the same plaza. -

L'Oreal Canada has a warehouse sale twice a year. This sale is by invitation only. You will need a invitation ticket that entitled for 2 visits with a friend and total purchase value of $700.
The brand that are discounted includes L'Oreal, Lancome, Redken, Vichy, Biotherm, Garnier, Maybelline cosmetic, fragrances, skincare and hair care products.
Usually products are at least 50% cheaper than what you can get from Department or Drug stores.
I would suggest going on a weekday early afternoon and you will have no problem finding parking on location. If you not, you need to park on the sidestreets.
