One of the better bubble tea (bbt) places in town. They use real fruit in their bbt. I usually order a bbt with fruit flavours. Each time I do, I can taste the real fruit. I'm pretty sure the staff tries not to use power mixes for the bbt. There is also food you can order too. I order their sushi, I drank my bbt and watch the guy make my sushi.
Sushi wasn't too bad, but for the price it was quite a decent amount of sushi. -

This place is your classic definition of hole in the wall. However, their infamous ice cream bubble tea makes up everything. If you're a bbt fan you def have to give this place a shot.
This place was opened and operated by a Korean couple who basically made the name for it (used to be called Tea Leaf). However, I've tried it under the new owners and the drinks are still just as great and it is still a hole. Haha.
Top choices: mocha ice cream bbt, green tea ice cream bbt. -

I would really like to give this place 5 stars overall but I really can't!
The inside of the shop looks like its been put together by 3 year olds! ha ha, it has missed painting spots on the wall, bad looking wood panelling that hasn't been installed properly and ...sigh..
The food, the bubble tea and people are awesome!!! Not only do they serve GREAT CHEAP bubble tea but also, Tasty sushi and Taiwanese deep fried snacks!
We ordered Coconut Milk tea and Taro slush, It was one of the best bubble teas i've ever had! Wow, the flavors, textures and pearls was amazing!
Definitely go there again!!! -

Finally, a good bubble tea shop in this area!
The drinks are full of taste, the pearls are consistently fresh, and it's oh so cheap! The regular size drinks range from $3 to $4, pearls included! I really like their fresh taro, which is a drink that not many people can make properly (if the taro is cooked improperly, this can also lead to a very bad stomach experience). Their strawberry mango bbt is also a good one I like. Also, the lemon green tea is another great choice if you don't feel like a slush or milk tea.
I've been coming here for my bbt fix the last few months. The service I get is pretty consistent. The owners usually have the TV on a Chinese channel, but greet you right away when they hear/see you come in. They speak English quite well and they are a friendly couple.
They have a good selection of food. Most recently they added sushi to their menu. I haven't tried any of the food items yet, but it's in my agenda to do so soon! -

I've tried a numerous amount of places to get Bubble Tea, and this one is definitely my favorite. Service is nice, very friendly. Great selections on the menu, you get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Every other bubble tea place should take notes on how well this place acts and performs. I came into this bubble tea place with high expectations, and sure enough all expectations have been met and raised. The bubble tea they serve accommodates all of my likings and preferences. They give a generous amount of pearls/coconut jelly when asked for. The pearls are the freshest pearls you'll ever get a grub on. Their pearls are always soft and chewy, perfectly soaked in honey to satisfy ones tastes buds. They use consistenly fresh and delicious fruits for their beverages and slush drinks. This place is simply the best bubble tea place in BC, and fck errbody who says other wise cause one time a customer for what ever reason decided to throw his bubble tea at the floor maybe because he was dissatified, I dont know what the fck his problem was but the owner was nice enough to give him another one. And I appreciate that gesture as it shows professionalism in their part as an owner and a human being.

Located between 41st and 43rd Ave along Fraser St, across from John Oliver Secondary, L & G serves some of the best bubble tea in town. A while back, I was disappointed when they moved out of their location at 41st and Granville St, but their present location is much bigger, with nicer tables, and expanded drink menu (the CHEESECAKE BUBBLE TEA options taste like milkshakes) and, most importantly, they've kept their prices down! Yes indeed, most large drinks *with pearls* are merely $3. After all these years.
The middle-aged couple who runs this joint are very nice people. Having not seen them for several years since they moved out of my neighbourhood, my brother and I were pleasantly surprised a few days ago when the gentleman recognized us and asked us a few questions about how were doing that indicated they remembered who we were. He even remembered what my usual order was. I guess I'm happy that they're across from a high school because they really do care about their clients and seem genuinely happy to sell sugary drinks to kids. -

Yay!! A good bubble tea place in Sunset/Fraserview Area! L&G used to be on Granville & 41st, which turned into the present L&C. Now L&G has reappeared on Fraser between 41st and 42nd Avenue between the Legion and Church's Chicken. Their menu has indeed expanded. This being my first visit to their new location, I am still a loyal fan of their bubble tea. I ordered a mango lychee slush with aloe and the lady there sure did not skimp on the lychee or aloe. Well-made bubble tea and definitely refreshing on a hot day. The place was not busy at all and the owners were just watching some Chinese drama on TV when I arrived. Nonetheless, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I plan many more visits here!

I used to live in the direct area and still live pretty close by. I was a loyal customer to the neighbour Green Leaf and both of these locations are very good quality bb tea places with very good customer service. This bubble tea has more of a variety I would say with a stamp card as well and with enough stamps can obtain a VIP stamp level. I usually get the milk tea with ice cream mix with pearls - OMG yummmy. I definitely want to try the passion fruit ice cream flavours. Any lychee drink contains fresh lychee bits in which is really yummy. It is usually quiet when we are there (when I have bbtea cravings) and both owners are very friendly. The tv is usually on. I have yet to try their food, but will one day. In the mean time, the drinks are very good.
