I've been a Librarian for 2 years and I know one good place when I see it.
This place exist since the 90's if it's not the 80's. This is one good places for book that are sometime no longer printed or simply really cheap. Most of the material is French, of course, but if you were trying to the 5 Volume of Dune and couldn't find it new in local bigger library because those dumbs Editor is waiting 6 months to get out the new french edition with a different cover, L'Échange as it and it's really cheap.
They have lot of tape (yup, tape, the crap we use to rewind and fast forward «as an hobby» to find the right tune. ) They also some decent amount of classic. Some DVD but nothin really amazing there. The good music you might find it more Punk/Metal and Industrial.
Some high points:
They have lot of Spiritual - New age book; from Eckart Tolle to René Guénon they have from the more larger public stuff to the more Gnosis oriented type too.
A Good variety of Novel (in French). From Alwright to Zweig.
Some good Old Book and Rare books collection.
Down Point:
Why did they start the DVD thing if they're going to accept to be mediocre with DVD but super good with Books!? For me it's a lost of space for book! -

They will buy your old book if they don't already have it in stock. Great system.
