We had a proposal to submit to a prospect in Kamloops, and time pressure crushing the preparation window. Instead of producing everything in-house, then finding a courier to take the full package from Burnaby to Kamloops for a specific deadline, we contacted KPA and asked them if they could:
1) Receive our files via DropBox download we provided as a link in an e-mail;
2) print and bind our documents double-sided, full colour with bleeds, on 2 different sizes of paper;
3) copy the individual files in the DropBox archive onto a CD or DVD;
4) Put the bound printed proposal and CD containing the files into an appropriately sized and labelled envelope, and;
5) Deliver said package to the prospective customer in Kamloops before the deadline.
They could, they did, and we saved hours of hassle, stress and the additional time to make sure our proposal was as good as it could be.
This is the best service I've experienced for a job like this. Mike and company are great, knowledgable, friendly, and also a good deal. We'll definitely use KPA again for any of our jobs that need to go to Kamloops, and highly recommend them to others.
