This place is a hidden gem! While it may not look like much from the outside and its austere interior may leave you wanting, it does not disappoint when it comes to Korean cuisine. We ordered the Bulgogi (marinated beef with onions and carrots), Chicken Bulgogi (marinated spicy chicken & beef) and the Vege Man Doo (pan fried dumplings stuffed with mushroom, onions, carrots, bean sprouts and tofu). And a couple of Korean iced coffees to wash it all down. The Bulgogi was excellent, as was the Chicken Bulgogi. They didn't skimp on the meat, instead both contained lots of big chunks of beef and/or chicken. And I was glad to see that the Chicken Bulgogi was not just the same as the beef Bulgogi but with added chicken. While similar, it was its own dish with a different, spicier marinade. The Vege Man Doo was also good, but not my favourite. The bulgogi were accompanied by rice and all three dishes came with a variety of side dishes in small bowls. All in all, it was a very satisfying meal with more than enough food to go around. I highly recommend this place.

I live in Calgary but am in Regina very often. Now the city is pretty slim pickings for restaurants but Korea house is a gem. I say this because this is the first Korean owned Korean restaurant in Regina history. I know thus because my wife is from here, I am Korean and I have been waiting for 17 years. Really. I almost opened one myself but didn't think I would live here.
Now the restaurant is over one year old and doing ok. Now Calgary has quite a few Korean restaurants but they are not that hot. There are only 2 or 3 I bother going to.
Have the pork plate for lunch, any of the jigaes, and the pajeon.
It pretty much has the monopoly on Korean food in regina (lohas in the food court where rainbow cinema is is truly the hidden gem) but tries hard.
It's my home Away from home. Truly. -

Went here with a few other people from out of town and we all came back twice more, all the food was well made and prepared. Will be back here when in town in the future.
