POOR POOR customer service, it's almost laughable. Customers at the service department are leaving pissed by delays, lame excuses, poorly made repairs, disrespectful employees, etc, one after the other. I was there last week, I had a 10am appointment for a small repair, came back at 2, said sorry your car isn't ready you should have stayed here, otherwise we are allowed to serve other customers who are waiting here. Then WTF do you give appointments?? And then one lady who came back for a repair done the day before, employee mentions something about her not riding the car the right way (!), and a young guy who came for a part that broke after 4 months, another service employee says the part may be the problem but we'll charge you to take a look at it. WHAT!!! I've made 2 mistakes so far, buy an american car (NOTHING has changed since the 1980s with these guys) and go there for service. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
