I came here last week with a friend for a quick lunch on their patio.  I love that I can bring my dog here to hang out with me on the patio.  The best part about this location is that it is walking distance from my apartment!

I had the veggie burger with no bun and some fries.  So good!!  I will definitely be coming back.

Best part?  They're open 24 hours!  Perfect for those of us that drink too much and crave a late night meal.

    Service was great.

I cannot say that I am a fan of Kitchen 24 Weho.  I had mixed reservations on coming here to meet friends for brunch.  Being located in the mecca of Weho, I thought it would be a good place to watch eye candy.  However, I think that may be only allure to dine here.

I will say that the Kitchen 24 is spacious.  The outside seating is a must if you want to people watch.

Sundays is crowded.  (Duh.  Sunday brunch).  However, the wait time to be seated goes quickly.

The food here is not spectacular.  I didn't really care for the food at the other Kitchen 24 either.  (Then why come here........?)

The service here is okay.  My party didn't have to wait that long for our food to arrive after ordering.  I think I liked the service at the Hollywood location better.

I did find the hostess to be nice and cute.  If I was girl who like girls, I would say that she was hot.

If you like to people watch then Kitchen 24 is the place for you!  Although, you could probably do that at any venue on Santa Monica Blvd.

I had heard this place was super fabulous. I would leave off the super because the service was pretty inconsistent. I came about 6ish and met some people on the patio, which was quite nice. Happy Hour was in full swing and it was challenging to pick a cocktail off the extensive menu. As I always do, I managed very effectively.

3 strong cocktails, a beet salad and turkey burger later, I was pretty satisfied. I would go back and next time I will not park in the Ramada parking lot and forget to get validated - $25 later. Sad face. Park in Trader Joe's across the street for free.

Went to West Hollywood for my birthday weekend.  This place was next to our hotel.  My sister and I LOVED it!  Went back 2 more times.

Food was most excellent.  They gave me a free drink & red velvet cupcake for my birthday.  We had the Spinach Artichoke Dip which was so good!  We shared a Chiptole Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries.

The people that worked there are so friendly and nice!

Went back 2nd time just for drinks and got another free drink and sample shots. Again Bartender was super awesome!

Next morning to cure the hangover the Fries in Gravy with Cheese on top made it all better.

    Great place Great Environment!

Came here with the boyfriend after a doctors appointment.  We were starving and thought of K24, since its close to our home.  For being a Tuesday, the place was busy after lunch hours.  We were seated immediately and found a table in the semi-sunshine.

We both ordered breakfast. It was yummy but nothing special.  My poached eggs were perfect but the remainder of the dish was too salty for me.  The french toast was good but again, nothing wow.  The people watching favor is great, defiantly the place to hang out and enjoy the sun.  Dog friendly too :)

I have been to Kitchen 24 in West Hollywood now three times:  Today (5/6/12) for Brunch, three weeks ago for dinner and four weeks ago for lunch.  Today, they were busy but there was only a 5 minute wait for a table; three weeks ago for dinner, they were busy but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table; and four weeks ago for lunch it was on a Monday at 2 in the afternoon....when the occupancy was at about 20%, obviously no wait.  My experience was the same each visit:

The servers and host staff were all very friendly and seemed to really like working there.

The food was a solid 7 on a scale of 1 - 10 with one little exception:  the omelet today was super salty due to the broccoli being precooked in some sort of salt bath.  Their Turkey Burgers are OUTSTANDING.

The atmosphere is very fun and festive, especially for brunch.

The drinks were yummy when I had drinks and the basic coffee is very good.

Now to the very very very painful part...the actual service.  It was average at times to horrible at other times.  The Kitchen is VERY VERY VERY slow.  Each time I was at this restaurant it took 30 minutes or more to get the food from the time the order was placed (at my dinner experience, it took 42 minutes to get the food from the time it was ordered, we were literally getting up to leave).   That is simply not acceptable and clearly is leading to the long waits for tables when they are really busy.  You would think they would want to turn the tables as much as possible, at least for the wait staff so they can earn a decent amount of tips (which I am sure that people undertip them because of the kitchen slowness).

I will try it one more time to see if things have changed in a few weeks, if no changes then no more patronage from this customer.

2.5 stars. The location is great, especially to sit outside. Our Server (Ben?) was really great- nice and helpful. The food was mediocre though, and drinks at happy hour were still a little pricey. $7 for a cocktail at happy hour? Though I hear the cocktail in question (dark and stormy) was good.

My friend had the chili and cornbread and said it was good. We also ordered a blt (fine), pulled pork (fine) and the beet salad/citrus chicken wings. The beet salad was severely under-dressed. It was like a tracksuit at the oscars. There was "dressing" but it seemed to be just oil. I love beets so I was really excited about this, but it ended up being sort of disappointing. After a few bites I put the excess wing sauce on top and it was finally edible.

The wings were tasty- not too greasy, sweet tangy and tiny bit spicy. I would eat them again if I came back here, but I probably won't. Again- Ben, you were great, but your perfect smile and endless cheer can't make up for sad beet salad. Beets are already so underrated, won't somebody help them be loved?

There are only a couple of "Open 24 Hours" restaurants in West Hollywood, and the only other 1 right in the midst of Boys Town is the iHop, so it makes sense that Kitchen 24 was instantly insanely popular! Other restaurants previously in this location were always empty.

They have a large menu of fancy cocktails, and they have an extremely generous Happy Hour.... from 3 - 11 PM Sun - Thurs and from 3 - 8  PM on Fri and Sat! This makes the fancy cocktails only $7.... wine is $6 and beer was $3 (I think). I rather enjoyed my Kitchen Pink (cucumber gin, basil syrup and grapefruit juice) and my husband REALLY loved his Fire Island (and he is secure enough in his heterosexuality that he can proudly order a drink named Fire Island! ;-) ), which was rum, mint, rosemary, etc.

The portions here were HUGE. There are several vegetarian options, and most of them can be made vegan with minor adjustments (leaving off feta or aioli, for example). The drinks were great, the food was great as well, the service was fine. Kitchen 24 is a great addition to the neighborhood!

The scenario: five neo-cons walk into a pink and white cubbyhole in WeHo for Saturday brunch.  Three hours later, 5 neo-cons vow to hate all things pink, white, and lacking condiments.

To start, we told the hostess we needed seating for five.  Instead, she writes three and it takes her thirty minutes to get us a table for four right by the bar in heavy traffic.  We ask to move to the back table and make sure we are in the server's section.  Then we ask for a chair for our fifth and it takes ten minutes or so to get one.

We order a PBR, three bottomless mimosas, a beermato, a cocktail, grapefruit juice, two espressos, and poutine.  It takes forty-five minutes for the poutine and espressos and about thirty for the beermato and one mimosa.  It takes another ten minutes for the other two mimosas.  Then I ask someone besides our waiter for the juice.  Then it takes what seemed like hours to get refills on the mimosas.

I ordered French toast stuffed with bananas and caramel.  I got regular French toast without syrup.  One friend ordered a skillet with Hollandaise sauce.  She got the latter in a mini-cup.  My other friend didn't eat what appeared to be a meatball sandwich, probably because the bread was toasted wrong.  It was expensive.  I only drank my espresso because I needed it.  It was terrible and hardly worthy of the term espresso.

One of the cooks brought out my girlfriend's order rather than the waiter.  Approximately two minutes later, that same cook came back, picked it up, told us something was missing, and took it back into the kitchen.  Then someone else brought it back out.  After staring at the dish for three minutes, none of us could tell what had changed.

Our waiter was really confused or overwhelmed or both.  We didn't understand what was taking him so long and why he completely ignored our request for mimosa refills.

I was really over this place when they sat three people at a six person booth about fifteen minutes after we moved to the back of the bus and found a chair.  Kind of ridiculous.  We paid about thirty dollars each too plus tip, not that this is expensive or anything.

There were several families in what is notorious for being a bar area.  I would hardly call bottomless mimosas in WeHo a family affair.

I won't come here again.  One star for whoever got us the chair and the grapefruit juice.  Two stars for the fact that meals other than the meatball surprise and my regular French toast were tolerable.

5 stars for the location.  2 stars for the food. Really...how hard is it to make eggs and pancakes?  I did see food on other tables that looked very good.  However my breakfast might as well come from Denny's.

The service was ok but not great.  Would I go back....maybe.  To try something else.

I had heard good things about this place, so I was a bit disappointed on my visit here.

They did a really good job on redoing the old space, but the new decor just felt cold and lacked personality. I did like the way the booths were set up, so you don't have to rub elbows with the people sitting at the next table.

The happy hour isn't all that happy. The beer selection available for happy hour sucks. It's like they picked the 4 or 5 most lame, watery beers and figured that would be good enough for happy hour. Also, the waiter didn't seem to be sure if a Bloody Mary was included for happy hour. It's a mixed drink, no?

I can't readily claim the food was good or bad, because I ordered the breakfast sandwich. It was pretty decent and the portions were huge. So, I figure if you find a way to fuck up scrambled eggs,a  toasted English muffin and hash browns, then you should seriously consider another profession.

I'd like to give it another try, because the place was clean, nice and the prices were very reasonable.

I'm not quite sure why I hit up Kitchen 24 again.  It doesn't bring any type of charm or anything special to the table.  I think it's just convenient for a quick bite that is around the West Hollywood bars when you are looking for a last minute place without a wait.  The reason we went was to watch some of the NCAA tournament at the bar, as most of the places on the strip didn't have TVs or weren't showing the games.

I had the Chop salad again, which was massive, but not anything special.  Just another mediocre restaurant that's taking up good real estate for something spectacular.

I know they just opened, but the bathrooms are still under minor construction.

Really sad to say this but a lot of local people I've spoken to feel the same...

I've been a HUGE Kitchen 24 fan about 4 years to date, and was so excited to see that Kitchen 24 was adding another location blocks from my house in West Hollywood.

Disappointment  #1) One of the coolest things that I expected from Kitchen 24 is that it's known for being 24 hours a day, hence the name.  Everyone knows I have been anticipating the opening for almost a year now and had to check it out.  I walked up to the door at 11pm and the staff was closing the restaurant.  The kind girl stacking chairs said that "due to the opening it won't be 24 hours for a month or so."  My friend and I looked at each other and literally drove all the way to the Hollywood the same night to eat. (what else were we going to eat? Mel's Diner, Greenblatts or IHOP?...blah.

Disappointment #2) Still enthusiastic about one of my favorite spots opening up in my neighborhood we thought we'd check it out again without a question.  This time during the day.  I ordered my Salmon plate with simple steamed veggies on the side and mashed potatoes.  We waited 10 minutes for a server to greet us. Granted it was somewhat busy but that's no excuse. We finally got our soft drinks 15 minutes after that, then we ordered.  15 minutes goes by when we find out 2 things we ordered were out completely.  We had to order something different.  We're friendly guys but our server was apologizing to the point of being annoying.  I'm sorry, I'm sorry...I'm so so sorry".  We were like "it's okay dude, no worries".
He came back with out plates and we're missing the sides which took another 5 minutes.

Disappointment #3) I typically love the Hollywood locations' Skillet Apple Pie (Sooo delicious)
Ordered it at the West Hollywood location and it was a completely different flavor and wasn't even in a skillet. The server kept saying it was the same ingredients.  I order it almost every time in Hollywood and this one was bland as hell.

I'll spare you my other 3 stories but you get the idea.  The West Hollywood location is not worth it...even if you feel like it was built for you in your front yard like I did.

My BF and I had to tell our waitress at the "Hollywood location" our concerns and worries about the WeHo location...it's service, it's food & hours mainly.  I really hope Kitchen 24 West Hollywood gets it right soon because it's going to disappoint a loyal following if they don't get into shape quick.

I gave K24 three chances before deciding to write this review.  I've now had two breakfasts and one dinner.

I'll write this review for breakfast today.  Let's start with the morning manager who was more concerned with the contents of her handbag than helping the staff.  She also had an edge, which is never a good to encounter first thing in the morning.  After we were seated, 3 other parties were seated and they were served before us.  The party of 2 that arrived after us - got up and left.  The hash browns were soaked in oil.  They an issue with "white sugar" but yet serve every artificial sweetener.  They don't serve butter with their bread or pancakes... why not?  The OJ was fresh-squeezed - the night before, as it had already started to ferment.  The staff were slow and I blame the manager because she had them running around doing everything but serving their customers.  I'm not likely to return anytime soon.

WOW, this is a tough room! I'm going to give it 5 stars because my experience here has been stellar and top NOTCH!
I was seated right away, received excellent food and service. I even asked my server her name "Blair". so accommodating and was a compliment to that restaurant. In a city of waiters she should give lessons on how to do the job properly WITH PERSONALITY!
    now let's hit the meals;
DISCO FRIES!! That was AMAZING in and of itself.
WOW! So good in fact I'm still craving them a day later...

I had the fried chicken sandwich and ordered the applewood bacon on the side. It was seasoned perfect and the chipolte mayo was a perfect taste bud marriage.
My friend had the insanely delicious sandwich "The Big Baller"

I cannot wait to go back and order it myself! It was 2 HOMEMADE meatballs
(cap locks placed in this review for emphasis) sitting on toasted bread with a chunky tomato sauce and melted cheese. I reached over and snagged a few bites, it was great!
Blair our server deserves 5 stars ( she was so awesome in fact, I had to ask her astrology sign and she was an Aquarius, like both of us at the table!)
    The food, 5 stars.
Over  all a good time, the retro music was great and they lowered the volume which made it wonderful to hear retro tunes like Debbie Harry and the Beastie Boys while have a great meal on a Friday night.

You have to realize all restaurants have their kinks upon the first 6 months of opening!
an appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 meals, great server and retro tunes= 35.00
    seriously!! I am coming back!!!

Happy Hour everyday of the week, including the weekends?! YES PLEASE!

Kitchen 24 is nuzzled right in the heart of WeHo. Perfect spot for drinks, grub & mad people watching! We started our Sunday afternoon off with drinks from the bar while we were waiting for our table.

    Jalapeno Margarita
Strawberry Field (Strawberry Lemonade with Citrus Vodka)
Black Hogg = Bacon Infused Old Fashioned
    The Fire Starter

Most drinks on the Happy Hour menu are around $7 each.
The burgers are A+ and man the fries are mmmMm MMm good!

The time between ordering and recieving our drink seem to take FOREVER, but it was all good once we got our food. Lots of indoor & a HUGE outdoor patio (which I love!). There is a parking structure on the backside too. We were there for about 3 hours... with validation it still cost $9 (but hey it's LA, what do you expect!). I'd come here again, maybe only for drinks though since the wait time for food takes too long. Happy boozing!

First things first, Primo Bistro which was in this space before had atrocious service and I was glad to see it go. There. That's done.

So I was excited when I saw what appeared to be a cute new concept opening up in this space which has, unfortunately, been a revolving door for years. Having grown up in the restaurant business, I'm always rooting for a new place to be successful and add something unique to the landscape, and this looked like something a little different, so I'm wishing them luck from the start.

We waited a little while for a table, but in their defense, it was a weekend, it was brunchtime, it was a party of six. And frankly, the family with little kids at that table loitered unnecessarily long and a restaurant can't really do much about that until they pass from "rude" to "inconceivably rude", so that's not really on them.

We were seated and a young waiter, I think his name was Joe, cute and Filipino if I heard him correctly (referring to himself as Filipino, not as cute. Not everyone in WeHo is that self-centered). Great personality, bubbly and fun without giving off that trying too hard vibe. Bonus points. We were hungover and a rough audience, he did it right if he won us over.

We ordered and we chilled, enjoying the SoCal sun and the adult beverages while we waited on our food. It took longer than ideal, and from the other reviews I've read, that's a problem. They do need to work on streamlining things to make them faster even when busy, or else people will wander off and brunch elsewhere. Just sayin'.

Everyone's food rated from good to better-than-good. I only have one observation. I swear that my fried chicken sandwich (don't judge me), in the description, mentioned no pickles. But I got it, and it was covered with pickles. And if you know me, there are six things I hate. Famine, War, Poverty, Injustice, Sex with Women, and Pickles. Not necessarily in that order. Though I picked them off, every bite tasted of pickle juice. You know what though, I'm not 100% certain on this, maybe I completely missed that in the description... so maybe that was my fault.

I'm giving this place four stars because of what they did right (Joe the cute server, great location, nice menu, quality food, open 24 hours soon) that earns five but what they did wrong (long wait to be seated, long wait to get our food, pickles - cucumbers soaked in evil) which is more like a three.

I tried Kitchen 24 again.  Unbelievable.    We arrived, there were people waiting out on the sidewalk for a table and I counted 6 empty tables.  We went in to put our name down and the hostess told us that it was a 40 minute wait.  I asked her why there was a wait when there were 6 empty tables and she giggled and went back to taking names.  This place needs a serious makeover in mgmt and employees.
We decided to go across the street to Fresh Corn Grill where the service was great and the food was phenominal...

The staff here was totally friendly.. We got there mid afternoon on a sunday and wished to be seated inside. Unfortunately it was all full so we sat at the bar and waited. The bartender, Dustin was super friendly to our group and made our wait entertaining.

The garden benedict I got was pretty good, unfortunately the muffin that was used wasn't very good but overall it was tasty.

I would def go back there but probably try a different dish.

I have been here twice, the first time was opening week, so I didn't feel it was fair to give a review. I visited last week and not a lot had changed.  The service was painfully slow.  They are always friendly, which is a big plus, but it doesn't make up for bad food, or slow service.

Last week I visited with a friend for Happy Hour. We ordered drinks, I ordered a mojito and she ordered a well vodka drink.  They brought me a pink drink, nothing like a mojito. I drank it anyways, and it was quite delicious, the mojito followed. The mojito wasn't so great, too sweet, almost an artificial sweetner taste.  I ordered a turkey burger with no bun, the same thing I had ordered on my first visit.  Time between visits by the server(s) were painfully long, often 10 minutes, or more.  It took a very long time for our food to arrive.  A turkey burger and a salad shouldn't be too difficult to create and bring out considering there were few people at the restaurant.  My turkey burger arrived and was a yellow color, I believe it was a veggie burger, but the server said she was sure it was turkey.  Even if I was being a complete ninny, it was cold and unpleasant looking so I had it returned, and opted not to eat.  My friend's chef salad was huge, but very dry and she didn't even want to finish it.

It would be really nice to have a late night restaurant or diner in West Hollywood with good food.  I hate it after a night out I have to be subject to subpar pizza, Norm's or IHOP.  Unfortunately, Kitchen 24 is not the answer.

Great food and great service! The pink shirts and patio seating add good flare to the atmosphere. Don't forget to try the cupcakes!

Gave them a chance and ate there 3 times.  Each time we had to wait for the food to arrive for 40-60 minutes on a minimum.  They apologized throughout the whole meal and comped at least something everytime.  Each time we ate there they were out of something each time as well.  How do you run out of certain items over and over on multiple occasions???

The apple pie was horrendous.  So bad that after one bite we sent it back saying we were done with the meal because it tasted like hot apple sauce with crust over it, no chunks of apple at all.  The sandwiches are too greasy...what do you want from diner food.

This is supposed to be the new hot spot and if it doesnt get its act together FAST it is gonna fail.  The food seriously needs to improve, the service needs to get faster (even though the staff is very very nice), and they need to stop running out of food.  Maybe i will fall for it again and go back someday...

Service was bad.  I just wanted some water!  My alcoholic beverage came out promptly but refilling my water was a hassle to our server apparently.

I had a delicious reuben.  The toasted bread and warm meat with the melted cheese and veggies all came together as a great night cap!

Its a great location for visitors to LA, as I was, and very fun and hip on the inside.

The dilema: you live on the Westside and you ocassionally find yourself craving Kitchen 24, but you're not sure if you want to commit to the drive and parking hassles which will inevitably ensue if you head out to the Cahuenga location in Hollywood.

The solution: the brand-new location on Santa Monica Blvd. just opened up yesterday. Voila! Problem solved.

The owners have made a few subtle changes for this location. For example, given that it's in the heart of WeHo, it shouldn't come as a surprise that you're likely to hear Kim Wilde, Prince and Erasure on the soundtrack loop. Also, either I didn't see it, or there is no DJ booth here. Significantly, whereas the Cahuenga location doesn't have any outdoor seating, the WeHo location does: a sprawling patio area that will clearly be a draw on warmer evenings.

But for the most part, everything stays consistently within the brand that is envisioned to expand to Culver City, San Francisco and maybe even Vegas in the near future. A lengthy wrap-around bar, a few flatscreens overhead, soaring loft-like ceilings. And most importantly, the menu remains pretty much the exact same. They also offer a Happy Hour from 3 - 11pm which you should keep handy in your memory banks (seriously?! An 8 hour long happy hour?? Awesome!).

I'm always torn when it comes to reviewing new restaurants, because kinks inevitably need to be worked out and that's only to be expected. I guess I would simply suggest that, in order to get the most out of your experience here, it might behoove you to wait a few weeks until everything's running in rythm.

Oh, and you'll definitely want to get to know the GM, Giovanni. That gentleman will make sure you are well taken care of.

Trust me on that one; I'm an Elite. ;)

I attended their soft opening and was very impressed. They still have a long way to go but the service was great.

The Monte Cristo Sandwich was perfection. I was only able to eat half of the sandwich because it also came with fries and I ate those fries really fast.

I also tried the meatloaf with veggies and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was flavorful and the portion was huge. The veggies were delicious. The mashed potatoes could have had a little more seasoning but the gravy made up for it.

The staff was really nice and attentive. We had also ordered a clam chowder soup which ended up being a tomato soup because something happened with the clam chowder. I'm glad we tried the tomato soup because it just might be my new favorite soup.

Check it out. This will be the new late night spot where you can grab a meal after a night out on the town.

This place was dirty, unorganized, and the staff was visibly fighting. Most of the tables were empty and needed bussing and yet the hostess kept turning away tables. We waited ten minutes and after watching the degenerating shit show unfold we decided to go with our guts and eat elsewhere. If you can't figure out whose job it is to clean a table than you shouldn't be trusted to cook my food. I've never seen such a mess, which is unfortunate because Kitchen 24 is walking distance to my apartment.

Wow... just wow.  I've never thought I would ever write a negative yelp review because I'm not picky at all when it comes to food and I try to find positives out of any experience, but this was just horrible.

    Food:
5 different items were ordered between our table.  The Disco Fries were by far the best out of everything we ordered.  Next best was my bacon burger and my friend's bartender's banquet, but both were so-so at best (2.5/5). I asked for medium rare yet my burger came out medium well to well done.

Lastly, my other two friends got screwed over by ordering the wakey wakey eggs and bakey and the home skillet. Both plates had overcooked dry hashbrowns that may as well passed as potato chips and dry bland sausages. The wakey wakey plate also had burnt pancakes (literally the bottom was black)  I never EVER EVER complain but when I did the server tried justifying that the hashbrowns on the skillet are supposed to be that way because its a skillet.  I'm sorry but Denny's serves better quality skillet dishes and their skillets don't even come out that burnt.  To top it off, the skillet came with two pieces of sand paper toast.  I really take pride in being not picky because I know what its like to have shitty food (and by shitty, if you've ever had jail food, then you know what bad food tastes like), but this takes the cake especially for the pricing.

    Service:
What probably pissed me off the most was the wait. Nobody wants to wait 45+ minutes to eat terrible food.  Service was incredibly slow, even when it came to just waiting for forks and it wasn't even that busy by the time we were seated.  At least the waiter was nice and he took off the charge for the wakey wakey plate only because we didn't have time to wait another 20+ minutes for 2 new pancakes.  He could have at least taken off the skillet too since my two friends barely even touched their plates rather than trying to justify why the skillet food SHOULD be burned.

We thought it would be good since it looked crackin from the outside. I should have trusted the previous yelp reviews. All in all, 1 appetizer, 3 entrees (since 1 was taken off the bill), tea, and 2 beers came out to about $52 bucks. The only positive thing I saw was that their have happy hour is from 3-11, but in terms of food, you're honestly better off going to Denny's or Norms. You'll get better quality food and you'll save money. /rant

Tonight was the first time we ate here. The place is very cute, especially the coffee cup lights.
The part that was disturbing was when my boyfriend used the restroom and there was a waiter using the restroom also. The waiter finished and didn't wash his hands before going back to work. GROSS.
The food was ok and the service ok.
We mentioned this to the manager and she was shocked and apologized. That was all.

I was walking past this place and noticed that it had just opened, so I stopped in for an early Saturday brunch.

Good:  They offer bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for $10 on Saturdays!  The food was pretty good - I had the Wakey Wakey Eggs and Bakey (two eggs, two pancakes, choice of sausage or bacon, choice of hash browns or potatoes).  The decor is fun and lively - nice for a diner.

Not so good: Service was slow, even though there were at least 5 wait staff and only about 5-6 tables seated when I arrived.  The waiter was really pleasant, but he took a while to take my order.  He also brought out the wrong drink (Bloody Mary instead of mimosa).  It took over 40 minutes from the time I was seated until I finished my meal.

I'll chalk this up to opening week jitters.  I hope the service improves, because this place won't last long in WeHo if their service doesn't meet expectations.

This is a solid place to spend your eating/drinking time in. The staff is inviting (a big plus), even when you can tell some of the workers have been there all day/night. The baristas are amazing; that Andy can really turn your coffee into a piece of art with his foam drawings. And the hours are great (24 hours!).

Came here with my friend to do a review of this newly open location.
First positive thing about this place is location.
Nevertheless, since it was barely opened, I guess should give it another try.
25 mins wait while the hostess said 15 mins.
While sitting at the bar waiting for our table, I was spotting to see if there were table that will be free up, of course the people that came after us, was sit before us.

At the time of going to our table, slowly been introducing to our server.
Gave us the menu then had us waited 15mins before coming back to offer us a drink, no bread or water on the table.
Made a complaint with the hostess who called the manager Giovani who came approximately 5 mins after request. Explained to manager that we were about to leave if the food was not on our table within 5 mins.

He graciously offered us a small cocktail to smooth things out, which was appreciated. Then came the part to get our plate. Did I say we arrived at 8:30PM/
Sat on our table at 8:55, then order our food at 9:20, received our plate at 9:45pm.

First the meat was not cooked according to what has been requested, like we tried to rush them, so they did a lousy cooking, and then the carrot was half cooked.

    Now about the staff-
As I mentioned to Giovani that services and smile is everything in a restaurant business. Some of the staff show that they were stressed out, which reflects on their smile and courteous services.

Then made a few comments to the manger about presentation of the place, display glass was not cleaned you could see oily fingerprint.
Our table was sticky and we did not make a complaint about it, understanding they try to have a quick turn around.

Over first time experience was somewhat ok not extravagant.
Will not review it on the French/European travel guide book yet.
I will give it another try before making a final review.

Ah..one good positive outcome is that Giovani was attentive and took criticism very well. I hope to see the improvement on my next visit.

I love that they are open (or will be) 24 hours.
I love their long ass happy hours.
I love that they have so much outside seating space
I love that the retro music they play
I love that their staff is so earnest and tries so hard.
I have no complaints about the prices or food (a little greasy, but hey! its a diner).
But I HATE, HATE, HATE (did I say HATE?) the long waits.

I've gone about 5 times and only stayed twice because it's a cool place but not cool enough for the long ass wait. The waiting area is cramped which adds to the chaotic feel.
Not surprised that the crowd is more straight than gay because of the long waits/customer service issues.
I am giving them slack because they just opened, so I"ll try it again in late Spring.
I hope they work their stuff out because it has a lot of potential and I am rooting for the concept to succeed.

Location is great, but oh my gawdddddd they need a new staff for sure!!! I don't know how many year or month experience they need to work here as a server but maybe they should've done some reference check on the resume....

Asked the server about the cocktail, he knew nothing about it, asked him whats good to eat here, said it depends what you like.... Ugh..??? How about recommending some dishes!!! Its part of your job!!

I got the voodoo for this place, DoNE!!

My friend and I went in for lunch and sat at the bar. We were greeted soon after we sat down and offered menus. My friend had the steak salad and I had the chicken club with fries. Both were very good. The food was on par with any upscale restaurant. The cocktails were fresh and tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. I would go back. One thing I cannot understand is that most other staff members were milling about and would not even acknowledge us or make eye contact. Very odd, a smile or a nod would have went a very long way.
