Best produce around outside of Grandville Island. Kins Market never fails when I need fresh vegetables. They may not always be the cheapest around but you can count on produce being fresh.
The staff is helpful and always offers to portion out my berry selection when I don't need an entire carton. During the summer months, 60% of my meals came from Kins Market... fresh corn, green beans, carrots and plenty of fresh fruit.
Their cherries when in season can be a on the pricey side, but they are good. As the 5 stars suggest, "Woohoo! As good as it get!"... this is as good as it gets for a produce market. -

This is a regular stop for my weekly grocery circuit to always purchase the essentials. I find reasonable prices for the red/green peppers, carrots, potatoes and good onion/shallot selection, limes and lemos. The specials are always good value.
It used to be one store with the organic outlet I believe that may be a separate business on the other; now you have two sides full of produce to choose from.
No issues, a great bonus (not sure if they still do this) is when you purchase a box of mandarin oranges (or other produce that you can't see all the produce), they take the time to open it up and remove some of the rotten ones and replace them with fresh ones. A very nice touch near Christmas time..
Staff is quiet but efficient. No fuss, no muss...
The Law has purchased and always returns... -

here's a fun fact for you....
did you know Kin's market started 20 years ago as just a table at Granville island? and now look at it.
There is something kinda fresh and fun about doing your marketing at Kin's (yes I said marketing.. and no it's not the 1950's) I like going here because they have the best, and freshest produce around, and the prices are considerably less than your regular variety grocery stores.
My FAVOURITE thing is the fact that they stand behind their product and put samples out all over the store. Fastest way to my heart is through my stomach... way to go Kin's
