KinMotion is one of Ottawa's leading fitness facilities.
A great place to get a great workout. I had the pleasure take part in Boot Camp while I was in Ottawa for work last month. I travel a lot for work and often travel for 2 - 4 weeks at a time. Working out is a big part of my life and it's often hard to find a quality place when traveling. Patrick has a great place in Ottawa. I was only there for 3 weeks and felt like I was becoming a part of a family in the facility. They knew my name just after 2 days and took a valued interest in my results even though they knew I was only going to be there for 3 weeks. Thank you for a great 3 weeks of training! I will be back on the next trip to Ottawa!
