Have been to this Kingway Honda dealership twice now and their customer service is unreal. Yes, you will pay more to come here but they are professional, efficient and communicate well!
They dropped me off and picked me up at the skytrain so I could get to work and vacuumed/washed my car which was an added bonus! -

Bought our Honda a year ago and got recalled for a software upgrade. This meant a visit for about an hour to kingsway Honda.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and service. The waiting lounge area is pretty comfy with an ample supply of newspapers to pass the time. They have a pretty deluxe looking coffee maker that claimed to have all these different types of drinks, from what I saw all the drinks were the same, plain, black coffee, which was all I really wanted anyways -

If you want a great deal, phone up the sales manager and negotiate rather than a salesman, cut out the middleman. Sadly this dealership, which I've always found to be poor on customer service, does not like to play this way. The sales manager doesn't want to speak to the public. Too bad for them as 4 other local Honda dealerships had sales manager who had no problem negotiating over the phone.
I didn't buy from Kingsway Honda, nor will I recommend them for servicing. If you want to know how they filmed Fast and Furious, stake out a quiet spot in their underground parkade and watch the service guys drive customer's cars in and out of the circular parking garage. Seriously good fun ... as long as it's not your car. -

So I'm driving a few days ago in the rain and suddenly the low tire pressure light comes on. Drive to the gas station check on the tire and fill it with air again. Get in the car, start driving, and the light comes on again.
As I get into my parking garage, I rolll down the window. Driving slowly I notice, the intermittent "click, click, click" sound = Nail In Tire. Not good, not good....during the holidays, who's open?
Luckily, I live in a building with a built in Honda dealership on the main floor. I visit them the next day and let them know I don't drive Honda but can they repair my tire for me. Left the service attendant my keys, went to Habit for brunch, and returned 2 hrs later, got my tire patched....happy!!
They also vacuumed and gave my car a wash - extra happy!!!!!
This was $35.00 but worth the price to pay not to get my hands dirty and maintain my holiday eating, drinking, brunch schedule without interruption. -

After reading some reviews on here, I almost didn't take my Honda Civic into Kingsway to be serviced. But it was the closest Honda dealership to my place so I decided to take the chance. I'm glad I did. The staff were very professional and walked me through everything they would do for a B1 service. They called me halfway through the service to let me know about a few things that had come up and asked if I wanted them to fix them or wait until next time. They didn't pressure me at all to spend more money. When I picked up my car, again they walked me through the process and I paid what I was quoted when I originally made my appointment. Overall, I'm very satisfied from with their service department.

So this is more of a review of the condo complex that is on top of the dealership...but I do have a few things to say about Honda..
My partner and I purchased a condo in Stella, and we share the parking lot with Honda..now...the building itself is gorgeous...clean lines...modern..and we LOVE our place...we also love having underground parking..what we don;t love is the fact that we need to share it with Honda..
They have the first and second floor of the parkade...they leave the front gate open during their hours of operation and so anyone can come and go freely..they don't care to watch out for who enters as they don't live here..and so we have had our parkade and bike room broken into twice in 3 weeks...
They also tear through the parkade like mad with the cars they are servicing..I have almost been smacked twice...be warned if you buy a car from them and have them continue to service it they don't take due care and attention with your car....
I will have to share this space with them for at least 35 years..so we will have to come to some sort of an agreement to live together in peace...but I am telling you it ain;t gonna be easy...be warned Honda..you;re on my shit list...but Stella..I love you!!
