After seeing the previous review, I went to Kingdom Photo to have my passport photos taken.
The very friendly service was immediate and the entire process took less than 15 min.
Cost $10 +tax. A 5-Star experience for me! -

Came here twice to get photos done (one for a job application and once for passport) and both times service was prompt and friendly. Another plus, passport photos were only $10+tax, and they don't look too much like mugshots.
They also sell a selection of photo albums and frames, and appear to also do portrait photography. Additionally, I noticed a Mobilicity vendor stand in one corner. During my first visit, a woman came in with a complaint about the coverage and the person behind the counter seemed to give her a pretty professional answer regarding her phone service.
