Montreal is a beautiful city but can be brutal in the winter months. I recollect segments from a bachelor party weekend (March 07). This was one of the places we visited as my entourage needed to warm up.
Kingdom is an all nude gentlemen's club which serves alcohol. In NY/NJ this is unheard of. (generally, all nude = juice bar, topless = alcohol). The interior is nice, clean and gives you that city lounge feel. It's like I never left NY.
One alarming thing was that the establishment was almost always empty. There were no more than 3 girls walking around even on a Friday or Saturday night. If you counted the patrons, we made up half to 2/3 of the customers. I asked the one of the talent for an explanation; she feigned innocence. "This eez happening! This eez how it always eez." Sorry my French accent doesn't manifest itself on paper.
For 10 Canadian dollars you are fortunate to have a 'dance' in the general area (where you are currently sitting). This is weird, yet amusing to see your horny friends keep a straight face while this occurs.
I believe it was more to go into the private area, but you had to 'pay a toll'. I think this mechanism was there to make sure the dancers weren't cheating the house. So, for 2 dances in the back, it would be about 32 Canadian (like 15 each, plus the 2 dollar toll). I know, madness.
While you waited, there was a main stage and I witnessed some uninspired showcase of performers. The talent here did not know how to work the pole. That is ok, I did not expect much from the talent (2 of them were attractive college students).
Waitress service was good, and we drank many of Molson Triple X and Labatt Blue beers (we didn't feel a high markup). If you asked me if I was treated like royalty in Montreal, then call me the Burger King. This is an average gentleman's club. High mileage? Not here.
Kingdom is far from great. I will say it was not the worst place in Montreal.

Good pole tricks, ugly girls. I am a woman and women are often very critical of others but wowsers beef steak charlies abound in this place. One little one resembling a hobbit and a 7 year old boy stood around looking like she was waiting for her mother to pick her up in a not so flattering bondage outfit. Turn off. The cracked out big nosed bimbo who sat a couple of seats from us needed to put down the pipe and drink, she was cooked. The doorman leers and won't move after he has seated you because he wants a tip, expect to pay more to sit by the stage. Don't let the bouncer's bow ties fool you, they look pretty strong. I was not impressed although I did like the seating, reminded me of Scores in NYC. Smoke blew out above the dance stage reminding me of my 8th grade dances, totally ruined the mood. And my last complaint!!! The DJ was the same one that played at those dances - boo!
They charged me a cover to go into the club, a woman, with my husband! Bull. I should be free. Soured my mood instantly. They make you check your bags (including purses) and coats. -

hello was just up there last weekend with some friends March 2011 and it was a Great Time... KINGDOM was the Best Strip club Ive ever been too .. it was my 5th time to Montreal and Lived in Ontario for 4 years ..so I have been around lol the place was big , Clean with big Red leather King Chairs the Girls were Hot .. Drinks were avg priced ... dances were $20 a lil high but well worth it .. it was a $12 Cab ride from downtown montreal.. was there 1am on Sat night perfect time give this Club 10/10 ....its right up there with Chez Paree .....Great Time def goin back to this Club
