My son and I absolutely ADORE Kindermusik classes with Carolyn. We have so much fun in the class through music, dance, story and learning in so many ways. I am a teacher and I am so pleased with the pedagogy behind the classes. Every class we are learning so much, not just about music and dance, but about how our kids learn too. It is one of the highlights of our week. It is so well worth every penny! We love our collection of books, musical instruments and CDs that come home with us after the first session of each block of classes. My son loves to hear his CDs at home all the time and gets out his instruments when I cook supper. My son has formed close bonds not only with our teacher, but all of his classmates. It is a wonderful learning environment that feels safe, happy, beautiful and fun. We also love the selection of Plan Toys, Melissa and Doug toys, cloth diapers, books, art supplies and musical instruments that Carolyn sells at the Lonsdale location! I am so glad a friend recommended these classes to me. When she recommended them, she said how sorry she was if they had to miss a class because of how much fun she had too. I completely agree.

My daughter took classes at Notable Kids years ago, and though I found the classes kind of expensive when I signed up, I found it was completely worth the price. Carolyn, the owner is very professional, her classes are fun, and she hires great people. You get what you pay for, and in this case it is worth it. The kids love the music, and have fun.

Meet the Business Owner: Carolyn H.
Carolyn Hornell brings high energy and enthusiasm to the classroom, and delights in making children sparkle with wonder and delight.Having grown up playing piano and violin, her instrument today is voice. She enjoys singing in the Burstin' With Broadway choir, and loves being serenaded by children all day long. She is the mother of two: 7 & 4.
Carolyn strongly believes that serious learning can be seriously silly; Mozart isn't musty, and Hayden needn't hide. Come explore music and movement with child-like abandon with your favourite little person. You'll be so glad you did!
