So I worked at metrotown for a few months, and this was my go-to place for lunch. I made a mistake and "tried" to get lunch once from the place on the right...what a mistake. So Kim Bo Ting it was again. The food is very fresh and very tasty. Even their little buffet style 2 or 4 item chinese food is good too. But their fresh cooked is excellent, huge portions, and they don't skimp on ingredients. So far I have tried their noodles dishes, rice dishes and their noodle soup dishes and its all very yummy. For food fare food, Kim Bo Ting gets my vote for what to eat.

Whenever I eat at the Metrotown food court, I find myself going back to Kim Bo Ting.
The food is enjoyable and healthy-ish for food court choices. I usually get the noodle soup with seafood. A friend of mine found it plain, but I like the simple taste of chicken soup sometimes. Makes you feel all warm and happy inside.
