Review from Rhia P.
Halifax needs more indoor playgrounds. This Dartmouth centre is a good addition, but a little low on active toys for bigger kids. There are several Playschool-style climb-on gyms for the preschoolers, and a couple of bounce houses in the back room. The baby section is well stocked with rockers, saucers and the like. And there's a train set. Much along the lines of the train set my kid has at home. Which is, of course, what he played with. He did get into the other toys strewn around as well, so it was a decent trip all in all.
It's not terribly exciting, but Kiddietown is a reasonably-priced option for indoor play for the littlest family members. I think they do birthday parties too.
