Not really a bad place, but it is in major need of some management. Some of the staff are really polite, others couldn't care less. The hours are bizarre - often I arrive and find notes on the door saying they couldn't get enough staff to open that day. And at least half the time when I go there they are out of something - usually white chicken parts. Better to go to the other franchises.
