I'll admit it. I have a soft spot for taco bell. It used to be one of the only vegan-friendly fast food places around. Take a hard taco. Ask for beans instead of meat, and no mayo (I usually say no sauce). Request taco sauce packets. BAM! Cheap vegan bean tacos. Great for a cheap meal. Buy two and youre still spending less than 2 bucks.
Although, lately it seems vegetarian and some vegan options are popping up all over the fast food map. Which is awesome. Case in point: KFC. The long time enemy of PETA now sells a vegetarian sandwich. HUH?! That's right. And if you axe the sauce & get it on a wrap instead of a bun, you got yourself a vegan KFC food product. And it's really, really tasty. Even my non-vegan friends think so; they're usually blown away by it's deliciousness and exclaim "That's vegan?!?"

I have a friend who swears that she will never step foot inside a Taco Bell. She has some preconceived notion that the food is awful and that the only people who eat there have weigh 500 pounds or more. As a long time advocate of this fast food restaurant, I can understand her concern (it's true there aren't many calorie conscious meal on the menu) but I stand firm with my convictions.
I'm a huge fan of Mexican food, and there isn't always time to get the authentic meal in a sit down restaurant so that's when I start to crave Taco Bell. Every time I visit the Quinpool location the service is really quick. You can tell the staff is train really well because my Cheesy Gordita Crunch meal with fries supreme is always consistent, and never cold or sparse on ingredients like you may find else where. There isn't a lot of spare room in the parking lot, so plan accordingly.
Hot Hint: This KFC/Taco Bell location also offers delivery so you don't even have to leave the house to enjoy the Kernels famous chicken. -

KFC on Quinpool Rd is a busy spot. We do not go here often, but when we do it is usually packed. The staff is usually quick , they are dealing with the Taco Bell part of the business as well, so more for people to take time at deciding.
We usually get to go, not a big fan of eating in at these places. However if you are going to eat in, it is one of the nicer KFC for interior.
Parking can be a little scarce, but you can usually grab on in the back of the building.
