I was a little wary when Dr Mowbray took over as the main optometrist at Mt Pleasant Optical, but it was evident almost immediately how caring and good he is.
As an eye doctor he comes off with an air of strong competence and his communication skills are impeccable. His ability to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable is always a good thing when it comes to anything medical related.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr Kevin Mowbray X.
Dr. Kevin Mowbray completed a double major in his undergraduate studies: a Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University. He then went on to get his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Waterloo .
Dr. Cindy Ho obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees with Dean's Honours from the University of Waterloo. In addition to private practice, she is active in research at BC's Children's Hospital and successfully obtained a PhD degree in Neuroscience.
Dr. Ivy Koh completed her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees with Dean's Honours at the University of Waterloo. She has received numerous scholarships and awards recognizing her aptitude for the profession.
Dr. Robin Simpson is no longer seeing patients at MPOC, he is still very dedicated to the profession of Optometry and is currently is involved with the College of Optometrists of BC - a great honour to all of us here!
