Kerry takes great care of me and my clients, and I'm always happy to recommend her. She has a soothing massage style that's a little bit shiatsu, a little bit swedish, and a lot of paying attention to your needs. I typically want a deep massage to dig the "rocks" out of my back, but my clients who need more gentle handling also say she's magic.
#FITip When you sign up for a race event, schedule a few massages around key training days as well as before and after the big day. It's a great way to reward yourself, and it will help you recover throughout your season.

I have been seeing Kerry for a massage every two weeks for about the past 8 months, and it has become a regular part of my wellness routine. She always asks what is going on with me since the last time I saw her, and is very attuned to what needs to be done today to help relieve stress and bring flexibility back into my muscles. She is a good listener and a good massage therapist. Plus, I get to see Diego her border collie who is like a therapy dog for me when life gets a bit overwhelming. I highly recommend her services.

I began massage therapy to help relieve pain in my shoulder and neck. Little did I know the additional benefits I would receive from my massage with Kerry. My entire body is more flexible. I feel significantly less muscle and joint stiffness. Kerry let me know things I can do during the week to help keep my body working smoothly between visits too. But what I truly did not expect are the mental benefits of massage. It makes me a calmer, more introspective, and more relaxed person. And not just during the massage but during the entire week. Every day I breathe more slowly and deeply. I am not as easily frustrated. I am more composed, tolerant, and considerate. Kerry is a well-trained, gifted massage therapist who truly takes an interest in her client's health and well-being.

Whether you see Kerry for your own massage or refer a friend, it is a soothing and caring experience. Kerry treats the whole person, listens to what the individual needs and asks questions to make sure that you are getting what you need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this special massage therapist for any of the treatments she offers.

Kerry is fantastic! She is super comfortable to talk with and made sure to understand what sorts of issues I was having and what I wanted to work on during our session before we got started. She totally tailored her approach to my needs and preferences. The space was inviting and relaxing, and it was enhanced by the presence of Diego who is the sweetest dog ever! I truly believe being around animals that are mellow and affectionate is beneficial to our well-being, and her dog is absolutely perfect in that role. Kerry and Diego both have awesome personalities and are a pleasure to be around - highly recommended!

* Wow, what can I say?? . Kerry is a master and is a well-trained and talented massage therapist. She is my go to health professional when I get busted up playing sports and need a massage. If you are active and involved in athletics, she is truly knowledgeable and thorough in her work and should be a part of your routine. I have given gifts certificates for my wife, adult daughter and son so we just keep coming back. She is great with her understanding of that everyone requires a different 'touch' and works with that in mind. I recommend her services and you will not be disappointed.

So...I have never had a professional massage before and I decided to try it out as I have been very stressed for the past couple of weeks. I purchased a CrowdCrave deal for Beyond Bliss in Encinitas, Ca and decided to give it a go. Kerry was absolutely amazing! I was relaxed within seconds of the massage and was literally in a state of Bliss instantly. Kerry noticed that I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck area. She concentrated on these areas and I immediately felt like a giant backpack was taken off of my body. I was so relaxed throughout the massage. Kerry gave me some great advice along with a great massage as well. She gave me tips on how to stay focused on living a healthy lifestyle and she was 100% sensitive to my every need! I can't tell you enough how good I felt during and after the massage. Everyone needs to get a massage from Kerry!!!!! Way to go Beyond Bliss, what a fitting name for this establishment. My experience was far beyond bliss and Kerry was awesome!!!!
