We came here just because neither of us could decide on a type of food to go to.
I'm not normally a big fan of chain restaurants. Having said that, this didn't do much to change my mind. We came on a Saturday afternoon and there were about 10-15 patrons there. On the plus side, service was quick and friendly. Our server was understressed, if that is even a word! The food was chain style quality. Ironically, all I wanted was a sandwich or burger of some sort. This was the best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had (not that I have a quest to find the best one or anything). That was delicious. We will be back if I can find a reason to go! -

When Kelsey's first opened in Richmond I was a frequent visitor. The food while not great was still pretty decent and the prices were fine. Then they seemed to change management and the service went down hill. It was often the case were they were grossly under staffed.
My brother and I once waited for a table while there were at least six free but no one to wait on them so we had to wait for a different section. The prices have since gone up and the food quality has dipped. -

i agree with the last review (or only review...haha!). i had dinner with my son.
mind you, it was not completely a bad experience. i have been here before, maybe because i am Cara staff and i get 20% off...?!
i mean, this is not a chinese restaurant. the service should be better.
it is nothing that stands out. i think the best experience was when we were leaving and we had the hostess greeted us out, and the manager(?) open the door for us...
are they happy to see us leave?
