We tried Kelsey's during a two day, one night getaway to Niagara Falls.  This was our first time there and we were trying to do fun things without dropping a whole lot of dough.  Plus we wanted to try something new so Kelsey's was a great fit for us.

It's a fun, casual place that opens up to the outside on warm summer days.  We were there during the cold off season and it still felt like you were part of the street fun happening outside.  The food was average but satisfying.  I got a greek wrap and my husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich.  Beer prices were fair.

I thought it was interesting that many restaurants in Canada carried credit card swipers with them so that your credit card never left the table.  Not much privacy as you decide tip but it does help expedite the process.

We had an attentive waitress who said "cheers!" each time she filled our drinks :)

    3.5 stars for the service.
    2 stars for the food.
I ordered the half rack of ribs with fries. Big mistake. The ribs were not as good as I "perceived" from the menu description and the fried were cold and too salty.

That bring said, the service was good (not fabulous) and the waitresses are kind.

My wife ordered the burger which was 3 stars(out of 5)...again, not as good as we expected.

Food was good and service was decent although it tailed off at the end when the waitress went incognito.  Staff is friendly and knowledgable about the menu.

The food isn't 5 star quality but serviceable.  Their salads are fresh and burgers were nice sized as well as properly cooked.

Prices were pretty reasonable.  It's conveniently located near the Falls and around the rest of the restaurants, attractions and hotels.

Came here on a Monday night and experienced what I expected I would. The service was extremely slow and it started with the hostess bringing us to an outdoor table when we specifically asked for a cold area in the restaurant. (It was over 80 degrees f that night!) We waited over fifteen minutes for any type of acknowledgement and the food took forever to come.

We ordered wings as an appetizer and they were not good at all. Super tiny with below average sauce and for the price, a total rip off! Do not get these! I also ordered the french onion soup which I loved and a vodka lemonade type drink which was a great size and tasted pretty average. My younger brother got a burger and said it was just alright- nothing to rave about. I'd personally skip this place and try something else unless you're really hungry and don't mind poor service and average food.

We stopped in here around 10 PM to get a bite to eat and some drinks. There was a 5 minute wait despite there being tables that were clearly available. Eventually we were seated at a nice table overlooking the street. After ordering our appetizer and drinks, our waitress returned a few minutes later and informed us that they were out of both. To her credit, she did make recommendations for other choices.

We enjoyed the spinach dip that we ultimately got and our drinks were very good. Overall, it was nothing spectacular. I would definitely try a full meal there, but this visit didn't permit it. The thing that impressed me the most was that they can process your payment at your table with a remote card reader.

It's a little chintzy and the food was fine. All what I expected. It seems like one of the safest places to eat on the strip.

Okay. I normally dont write reviews but i really need to talk about this restaurant, so i logged in for the first time. First, we waited 20min to order, and of course the restant was so vacant. Then we waited 30 min , maybe more than that, to get our food. No server checked in to our table during our dinner, because they were busy chatting each other. The food was terrible. We ordered Grilled salmon and beef quesadilla, Salmon was dry/ cold/ fishy, quesadilla was no meat only cheese.
If there were no star or minus star, i would give that. It was kitchen nightmare.

First, atmosphere is nice but nothing memorable. The wait staff could use some work. The drinks were okay, I ordered their new signature drink and was told was not available right now. The drinks we actually got seem a bit weak or watered down. The food we got was good but like the atmosphere nothing memorable. The drinks were rum and coke, twisted lemonade and a long island iced tea. More or less I'll just say this was a learning experience.

Service was great.  We didn't have to ask for refills on drinks.  Our waitress just automatically came with refills.  The food was pretty decent - typical 'American' style food.

I had the mushroom burger (forgot the exact name), but I'm a fan.

I would come here again when coming to Niagara Falls.

We sat down and waited for drinks. They brought us a pitcher of water, then dropped the glasses in stacks where we had to hand them out to each other.

Then we waited for the appetizers. And waited for our food. And waited. And waited. It took a little under an hour for the food to arrive and it was mediocre. My wings weren't bad but the ribs weren't edible. They were burnt. So was my friend's "medium well" steak. And another friend's chicken.

I didn't like it here at all. And not because the waitress passed our food over other's heads and I got knocked in the head with someone's steak knife. But...the waitress passed our food over other's heads and I got knocked in the head with someone's steak knife.

This review might be a bit partial because I love Niagara Falls.  And this restaurant has a great location.  If you are seated by the windows, you can watch passerbyers walking by.

The service is good, like always.  No complaints about the food or pricing either.  I loved how it was nice and dark inside the restaurant.  I would go back here in a heartbeat.

While we were visiting Niagra Falls, the husband and I enjoyed a late night around Clifton Hill. I was down for a drink where we could sit outside, which led us to Kelsey's around 11pm-midnight. It was nice they had a young lady singing and playing guitar outside, a few songs at a time. The outside area was packed, and they only had ONE server. Poor guy was running his ass off, and trying to keep his cool, but it was obvious that he was a bit frazzled. There were a few employees hanging out inside, not doing much of anything. So, at what point does management decide this server outside needs help & not sacrifice customer satisfaction? Meh, whatever.
We ordered 1 drink each and left. I'm sure our server was very happy we weren't staying as more people filtered into the patio area.
Hopefully that guy made some good tips because he definitely ran his butt off!

This place, mediocre at best we went on a Saturday night, the place had hardly any people.

I been to other Kelsey's so I knew what to expect but this place really stands out.

The service is terrible, after being seated we waited 10min for someone to come by our table.  Both of our orders were screwed up you ask for soup they give you fries and I guess a cola in their mind is a ICE TEA.

After we got the bill the waiter disappeared so I went to the bar to pay. When to no surprise the bartender was just texting not even being aware  we were there.

Hmmmmm the atmosphere of this place is sh*** there is a club next door making everything in the restaurant vibrate from the music.
Their solution for this is to play rock music at the bar even louder!!!

    I don't recommend going!

I really enjoyed this Restaurant, we went in and sat at the bar at first and the service there was friendly and fast. There wasn't a whole lot on TAP but I was excited to get Molson from canada either way.

We went back later around 12:30 for dinner because we were to busy playing to eat. The food was as great as the pictures in the menu. We got buffalo perogie's which sound really great but I mean they aren't. I can't blame kelsey's for that, I think they taste as good as you could possibly make them taste but squishy potato and buffalo sauce doesn't  really work.

The cheese steak was absolutely to die for though. The roll was toasted and delicious and it came with an au jus sauce that was an interesting touch to a cheese steak. Instead of fries I got the chips which were so crunchy and amazing. There was no need for ketchup with this one. If I return to Niagara falls I would absolutely return, and I recommend with all the main stream every day restaurants on this strip that you break away and try something different and go to Kelsey's.

Very mediocre food, boring chain experience.

This was my first visit to a Kelsey's and will probably be my last.  We chose Kelsey's for lunch as an alternative to the tourist traps nearby.   The prices at Kelsey's are certainly inflated as well.

The service was OK, as our food took about 35 minutes to come out (not busy at all and we all ordered sandwiches).  Overall, the food certainly left me wanting. The pulled pork sandwich was cold and bland.  The club wrap was just OK with little flavor.

I was not a fan and will not return.

I am giving this four stars because it is better than the other chains in the area and it is a Canadian chain. I feel like all the American chains overpopulating Niagara Falls have spoiled it somewhat.

As others have said this is basically a Canadian version of Friday's as others said. It is a little pricier than I expected, but the food is better than Friday's.

They menu also has some better choices than Fridays.
We had the Bruschetta Feta Flatbread and the Blue Cheese Kettle Chips. Both were very good, I really enjoyed the Kettle Chips.

For the meals we just had burgers and sandwiches and they were decent. Nothing special, but good.

They also have a good selection of Canadian beers.

I guess this is the Canadian equivalent of TGI Friday's, Bennigan's (RIP), etc.?  The food was pretty good and they had a wide menu.  I'd come back next time I'm in Canada.

This place is alright if you're looking for some munchies at 12am. I was walking around Clifton Hill and stopped by for a drink and some nachos. My love got a steak. It didn't look that great but if you need munchie food, this place is good.

A cool laid back spot. Loved it. Started out with being seated at a booth overlooking Clifton Hill with a nice breeze blowing and music playing. The waitress was nice and quick with our order. We had some nice cold Canadian beers along with the roasted chicken Quesadilla which was delious and even better with the spicy rice it came with. My boyfriend ordered the AAA Canadian Sirloin 7oz steak that came with these great tasting garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Cool spot , great food, decent prices and nice view. Definitely will come back.

This was the closest thing the girlfriend and I could find to "true" Canadian food.  Nice patio area with semi close proximity to falls. Service was very good and food was as good as can be expected with wide menu.  Should also be noted that attached picture was actually taken there.

We were walking around Clifton Hill and after passing a bunch of other places, we came to the end of the road and decided to go here. Decent foot. Agree w/ Gregory that its pretty much like a Bennigans. Somewhat pricey, but that is to be expected in a high tourism area I suppose.
