This is a beautiful brand new location built in Northwest London near the Wal-Mart Super Centre. We had not been to a Kelsey's in a while and were excited to try the "New" one. Even though the places wasn't even half full it took 15 minutes to have our server come, after that initial wait the service was solid though. I had a Burger and fries, the Burger was good but they changed the fries they use and not only were they bland and simple, some were even undercooked. My partner had the Calamari, usually her favorite at Kelsey's but she said they were horrible and quoted something about "This experience could be a Ramsay Kitchen Nightmare"
Not a good first impression for a new location!
