The few times I have been here, I have always had a very positive dining experience. The service staff are friendly and very helpful. The place is well maintained and the bathrooms have been clean each time I have visited.
They had all you can eat wings Mon - Wed for $15.99, with a few different types of wings to choose from.
The reason I can not give Kelsey's a higher rating which I feel badly about, is they are constantly changing their menu. They take off items that seem to be fairly popular items and exchange them for things that don't hold a candle to the original item. Why, oh why would you take the original Nachos off of the menu? The worst part of it is they still serve Nachos except with ground beef, red onion and feta cheese.
Nachos are great with chili, lettuce, tomatoes & jalapenos, why mess with a good thing?
Don't get me wrong, the new nachos tasted okay, but they just where not great!
And please, please, please bring back the Chili in the sour dough bowl. *sigh*
