This nail salon isn't fancy, but I was very happy with my shellac manicure for $25! I've had it for nearly a week and it still looks great. The staff are friendly but brisk; they seem to have a steady stream of customers so you are better off walking in than trying to make an appointment.
There is a strong chemical smell from the gel nail station and other nail chemicals, so that might be a turnoff for some. This isn't a "spa" experience but they get the job done and done well at that. I'd come back for another manicure! -

I was extremely disappointed with my shellac manicure. It was sloppy, with paint on my fingers and not on parts of my nails, and was already chipping one day later! It's supposed to last 2 weeks. It was $25 for the worst manicure I've ever had. Definitely not going back. The only redeeming quality of Kelly's nails, was that the people who work there are very friendly.
