We've had our Keetsa mattress for two years now and it's as good as the first day we brought it home in it's tiny little box!
Even without a box-spring it has been the most comfortable mattress I have ever had.
There isn't really much else to say that hasn't already been said. The store was great, the price was right and the product is fantastic. -

My girlfriend and I had extensively researched several eco/organic/natural mattresses by companies such as Natura, Greensleep, Essentia and Keetsa. While some of those companies have great green/natural/organic credentials in the building material of the mattress, they are significantly costlier than the mattresses that Keetsa offers. While I'd love to have bought a 90% organic bed from Greensleep, we could not really justify the extra $1700 in cost, add to the fact there are hundreds of positive reviews for Keetsa and very few for those other brands also helped assist our decision.
Anyways, went into Keetsa on Queen on a snowy Saturday a few weeks ago, we were helped by Anthony. He gave us plenty of time to try out the beds, we were only seriously considering either the Tea Leaf Classic (coil & foam), or Tea Leaf Supreme (all foam). In the end we opted for the Tea Leaf Supreme. Anthony was very easy to deal with, knowledgable.
We ended up ordering a king sized bed and then a few days later decided our room would be too small for a king and finding a frame would be difficult, we called Keetsa and were able to easily change our order to a Queen. We also were able to get an already opened floor model at a small discount. Mike from Keetsa delivered our Queen mattress and we've had it so far for a week and love it. I am pleased we got a model that had already been opened for a week as I've read that the mattresses sometimes take a few days to fully deflate. I also do not smell the tea at all, I find there is virtually no odour at all, which is great.
Great service from the staff, happy with the mattress so far, price was very reasonable. I only take one star off this review because I wish Keetsa made a model with a higher percentage of organic/natural material. Currently their mattresses are about 13% natural/organic foam, and the rest is synthetic. It would be nice for a company like Keetsa to try and make a model for those specifically looking for more natural natural material, even though it would be more expensive. It might be a nice middle ground because the very costly eco-friendly mattress companies and the very affordable ones. Also they should get the Tea Leaf Dream in Canada, that would looked really nice but they don't carry it here. -

I have been looking for a reasonably priced environmentally friendly mattress FOREVER!
I shop all the time, and have kept my eyes open for something perfect, but hadn't found anything....Until Now!
Keetsa just opened in Toronto. It's their first store in Canada. Apparently they have a few locations in California...but they're just newbies to us!
I loved the store (super cute), I loved the salesperson... so friendly and NOT PUSHY at all!
I got a Queen sized mattress for $699.00, and they delivered it to my house! It came in this tiny box, and I was nervous that it would take FOREVER for it to expand or whatever.... I opened it up about 2 hours ago, and it's PERFECT! I love love love it.
I used to have a memory foam pillow, and it smelled awful..like gasoline. These guys have made an environmentally friendly memory foam...yeah for them! It doesn't smell AT ALL...and it's brand new!
As you can tell, I was so impressed with this place that I wanted to share. I've never written a review before, but these guys deserve it.
Great Job Keetsa! I might be back for a pillow! -

I really love my Keetsa mattress. I had a really hard time choosing a mattress in one of the bigger box stores and I never felt that I could trust the sales people or the product.
Keetsa in Toronto is a small store. The salesperson is also the store manager. She at no point made me feel any pressure but was always there to answer my questions. I ended up buying a mattress which was damaged en route from the U.S. I had no problem getting it replaced, and the customer service was excellent at every interaction!
My experience with the furniture industry is that there is little support when things go wrong with the product, and you have to drag help out of the staff and managers. I had the opposite experience with Keetsa and I am thoroughly impressed! They really do want to make the customer happy and they stand by their product. I highly recommend this store to others.
So far, I am sleeping super comfortably. I suffer from chronic aches and pains, especially in the neck and shoulders. The mattress I chose has coils with a layer of memory foam on top. My aches and pains have noticeably diminished as a result of the mattress. I am really happy I stumbled upon this store. I hope others have the same great experience I have had! -

I just can't say enough about Keetsa!!!!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this company and their products and their principles. So here are the deets ...
After one amazing wintery weekend at a NYC hotel with a TempurPedic mattress, I was beyond sold. Given the hefty pricetag though, I waited and saved for months, savoring the idea that sooner than later, I'd be in sleep heaven. Fast forward to the Toronto Home Show in October and an accidental bump into Keetsa, and the rest is history.
Kate (the manager/owner/deliverer/customer service rep extraordinaire) introduced me to the best product I've seen in years: The Keetsa Cloud, a memory foam mattress made with all recyclable materials! Kate's no pressure, easy going, informative and enthusiastic attitude was such a pleasant change from the salesy-salerson pricks you get at other mattress/bedding stores where commission is the ultimate goal (I won't go into detail about that, but needless to say my TempurPedic shopping experience was repugnant). After a "nap" on the Cloud at the Home Show ... I knew this was the one. A visit to Keetsa's only Canadian store in Toronto's Beach area, and a catch-up with Kate, and I was the proud new owner of one hellova sleep-maker.
So I bought the Keetsa Cloud at about 3pm, and by 6:30pm Kate herself was ringing my doorbell! I laughed when she showed up in her "delivery" vehicle ... a Toyota Echo!! No 12 footer diesel guzzler in sight. The mattress was in a box the size of a small fridge, and she hulled it up two flights of stairs in a flash (please note - she's no rugby player), as the mattress is magically compressed under 12 tons of pressure! I took a few hours for it to completely rise and there weren't any nasty plasticy-chemically odours either. I ended up buying the Tea Leaf Traditional Pillows too, and couldn't be happier with the result.
All in all - if you're looking for the best sleep ever, without breaking the bank, and are a tree-hugger in disguise (shhhh - don't tell anyone), Keetsa is by far your best bet. It's a great product at a great price, and makes your eco-friendly heart swoon. -

This mattress store is amazing! The beds are to die for and they are eco friendly!
The sales staff are not pushy at all and they offer free delivery and the beds are infused with green tea!
Forget Sleep Country they have nothing on KEETSA! I am so glad they are in Toronto!
I also have to add that I went back to arrange a delivery time and they asked me what time was good for me! They are coming at 10am. That is right folks! AN ACTUAL TIME! They will call first and I don't have to sit around all day waiting for a 4 hour window of time to pass. -
