Good, clean food. No complaints. Prices are reasonable and the waitstaff are friendly. They have these cool pigeon hole booths that gives your party privacy, otherwise the interior decoration isn't cutting-edge. But who cares? I usually opt for the vegetarian bento box or salmon here. Sushi is good quality too.

There is hardly (make that ANY), great sushi in North Vancouver. I've tried a few while I was working near Lonsdale avenue and Kansai stood out the most. It's decent, it's clean and I can't complain about that.
I find that if you order off the list, you'll find more better sushi and more interesting sushi rolls. The combos are pretty much the same if you go other sushi restaurants. So there isn't much to complain. So if you decide to have sushi one day in North Van, you'll get your money's worth here.
