I experienced the same thing as the previous poster. The lowest quoted rate was for their own "KTX Insurance" - which then, after agreeing orally to the rate over the phone, proceeded to bill me a higher rate and sent me a contract with inaccurate information on it, expecting me to sign. Beware.
