I am rarely "Wowed" by customer service, but Kal Tire you just blew me away!
I picked the worst possible week to get a puncture in my tire, it's been snowing like mad and every one is scrambling around trying to get snow tires. Every tire place was fully booked. No one would help, Canadian Tire is now dead to me. But Kal Tire saved the day, and with a smile no less.
I'll be back! -

I came in with a flat tire because of a nail and I needed it repaired. They looked at my tire and and then showed me I actually had 3 nails in one tire and i need a new tire. Funny thing is I checked my tire before I went there and only one nail was in it and they insisted I buy 4 new tires and throw away all 4 of my 80% new tires (if i gave my newish tires most likely they will sell it as used) They said its against the law to fix a tire with 3 nails, this is true but seriously they can check to see if they all went right through. I took my car from them and instead got it fixed at Walmart. The mechanic at Walmart told me only one nail actually made it through. Watch out for these Kal tire guys in North Vancouver they will lie to your face and try to sell you overpriced tires.
