I have used KC's twice now and are absolutely impressed. I have had dealings with two different KC plumbers and both have been fantastic.
The first time they came and snaked my bathroom lines and the job was very thorough and so much better than another plumber I had who came and snaked the lines just the year prior.
Today I had a basement toliet blockage and the job was unpleasant to say the least. The technican who came out was extremely professional and was very helpful. They recognised that this job was urgent and slotted me in their already tight schedule. And when the job took a lot longer than expected they stayed here until it was fixed rather than telling me to reschedule which has happened with other trades before.
I would thoroughly reccommend KC's to anyone else... -

The plumbers were just here. They are so fast and friendly. Good old fashioned customer service. I felt comfortable having them in my home. I will use them again for sure!

Came the very next day, referred by a friend.
Our plumber, Charlie, was a sweet and polite young Irish guy. Worked pretty quick and tidy. Did a great job and even answered other plumbing related questions with a good sense of humor and a smile.

We had a trouble on our water heater in our restaurant and specialists needed.
First I find IN UR TOWN PLUMBING & HEATING on Google Map and they had good review.
Unfortunately they were busy when we needed their service and they gave us the phone number of KC's.
The lady at the office was nice and friendly.
Free estimate,reasonable price.
We had two men ,they are very friendly and nice.
Quick service. they also have senior discount.
Our water heater is located over the ceiling which has in very tight space. the tank seemed to very difficult to get it in and out.
they call another two guy included owner Jack came and done their job very quickly.
There was no disturbing even it was during our business hours.
and they did not charge any extra cost.
