Ever since I was a little girl who, unfortunately, found out she needed braces, I've been going to see the Kearns father and son duo at Kearns & Hunt Dental Centre. This includes check-ups even after my braces were removed, and my yearly cleanings.
For some reason, I never completely dreaded going here for my dental work, and still don't. Maybe it's because of how nice everyone there is; the dental hygienists, receptionists, and even the doctors themselves. Or maybe it's because of the super awesome PacMan machine they have in the lobby that you can play while waiting to go in. I'll tell you a secret. I always went about half an hour early so I could get a few good games in before they went to town on my teeth.
Most dental costs are usually a pretty standard price, but Kearns & Hunt actually charges a little less. I think that's why my Mom went to them first all those years ago. Even to this day when I go to them, I'm not completely blow away by the pricing. It seems pretty fair and a little below average.
Because I've been going to these guys for almost 12 years, we've developed a little relationship: the two Kearns doctors (father and son) always remember me and make chit chat, while I struggle to figure out just which one is working on me that day. But I'll never tell them that!
Another of my favourite things about this place are the individual TV's above each dentist chair. That means that I can watch any channel I want while they work on me. They have the TV's rigged to come down from the ceiling, so even when you're laying back in the chair you can browse the channels. I'll be honest that I'm a little scared one of the TV's is going to fall on my head though.

K&H Mayfair Dental Centre has a long history of safe, innovative and effective treatments carried out by a professional and progressive team. We are proud of the fact that we are now taking care of the grandchildren of our first patients! Many patient families have become like family to us, and we don't take that lightly.
