My parents bought furniture from them just after Christmas and it was one problem after another. I was helping out the entire time so even though I didn't buy the furniture from them I had to deal with them
First, the sales associate was new and screwed up the method of payment and the delivery date. But we weren't told about this until the day before it was supposed to be delivered. They called my mother and told her they were delivering Wednesday instead of Sunday, which was what we scheduled. We went to fix the payment error and to discuss the delivery and they told us that they never deliver on Sundays and that they would not have set that up.
So yesterday (Saturday), a week later, they came to deliver the furniture. We were told that they were coming between 11-1, but when my mom called to confirm they said they would be there at 2. That's fine, they were a little behind. 2:45 rolls around and they still had not arrived. I call them and they show up awhile later. Upon arrival they storm through the house in their dirty muddy shoes. When I told them where they should set things up, they told me they don't do that when it clearly said on the receipt that set-up was included. So they tell us they can come back at 11PM or MIDNIGHT to set it up. They told me that they were hungry and needed to take a lunch and they were behind on delivers so they could not set up our stuff. I call the manager, who tries to call them, but they would not pick up their phones and refused to talk to the managers on my phone. Finally they were willing to talk to the manager when I closed the front door and I stood in front of it when they tried to leave.
They talk to the manager and decided they would only stay if we let them have lunch first. So we agree and they ate their lunches in the house and after about 30 minutes they started setting my mom's furniture. Side note, they ate some of my mom's food because one of them did not have his lunch on him. They finally finished at 4:15, 3 hours and 15 minutes after they were supposed to deliver.
During the whole process they were rude and uncooperative. I told my mom that the prices were not worth the hassle.
I would NEVER recommend or buy anything from them.
