History
Established in 2011
The Journey Home Thrift store at 7337 Edmonds street was conceived as a way to bolster funding for the Journey Home Community Association as well as provide a place for people to socialize and for refugees to gain volunteer work experience.
The Journey Home Community aims to assist refugee claimant families in finding temporary housing, provide for their immediate physical needs, introduce them to resettlement resources and aid them in establishing a relational support network within the community.
