I have not bought anything here as I don't have all room for all the kitchen stuff from my former home ( a large house) and it is in storage. But it is a fun place to browse. Some items are pricey but they have nice clearances.
This is not a furniture or interior design store, BTW, the name is misleading. They should call it Jolanta Kitchen or something like that. -

I want to like this place. I want to give them three stars just for being so shiny and packed full of pretty things, and for having so many tempting items on the street out front, but I just can't.
The store is very, very overcrowded, especially when you get all the way to the back and run into a totally incongruous costume jewelry section (In the middle of a high-end home goods store? Why is it there?) The place is so full it's really hard to find what you're looking for. Not only that, but strangely, despite the store having so much kitchen stuff and my being a total cooking fiend, I have yet to buy anything there. Their prices are just too high compared to other suppliers. So Yelp's suggested meaning for a two-star rating just about says it: "Meh. I've experienced better." -

Need that all important grapefruit spoon? What about a garlic fork? A grape cutting knife? If so, head to Jolanta Interiors.
This place has every kitchen gadget you could ever want, plus jewelery, plus the all magical Universal Stone cleaning stuff.
Mostly, when I visit Jolanta Interiors, I like it better from the outside than the inside. The windows are all lit up and pretty, especially around the holiday season. But usually, if I need to go here, I like to get in and get out because if not I have mild panic attacks at the amount of STUFF EVERYWHERE in the store. It's bananas!
But, if you're into a crazy store where you can buy every kind of spoon imaginable, then you should definitely stop by. -

I used to be hooked on Jolanta's - it oozed that Bloor West Village feeling.
Terrific selection of kitchen stuff. I have often found gifts for friends that are just perfect.
Regrettably most items are overpriced. Nevertheless it is a fun shopping experience. -

Jolanta Interiors is another long-standing Bloor West fixture, crammed with interesting gadgets, mostly for the kitchen, but also for the home generally. It's so full that it's hard to browse without almost knocking something over. Some kitchen and bath products in the store are only carried by Jolanta Interiors, so it's worth checking out if you're looking for something unconventional.
They don't have it all, though: once I was in here looking for a double-hinged waiter's corkscrew (seriously, the only kind worth owning), and all they had were the usual waiter's corkscrews you could get anywhere.Listed in: My Neighborhood
