* Not a dealer I would deal with *
After a decent experience at the Jim Pattison Lexus dealer next door (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...), I expected it would be a similar one at the Toyota branch of the dealership.
I was wrong.
Dealing with the staff here was just rough. It was hard to get the attention of any of the salesmen standing in the corner. Finally got one and went for a test drive. The salesman had no idea how to use half of the features of the Prius. He also gave blatantly wrong information about the features.
At one point he had to get a non-salesman who actually drives a Prius to demonstrate how to use it. Sad.
The trade-in manager was also ridiculously rough and tried to convince me that my car was worthless.
There was no flexibility at all on pricing and they had the audacity to say, "It is worth it to pay more to get the privilege to buy from Jim Pattison." Whatever.
No thanks! I moved on with my shopping to find a much better Toyota dealer - thankfully!Listed in: Fool me once, shame on you.…, Cars

It was a terriable experience that I got from Jim Pattison Toyota-Northsore. It was tricky that they told us ,and showed us on the paper the car which does have any problem. (only few minor ones which do not bother to repair .. I doubt it. ) We had a test drive, but the sale man do not want us to drive on the highway, and do not let us drive far...basically we were making a small circle around their company, and he told us to go back to the company. When the car was cold, and he told us that he is going to bring the car, and want us to sit inside a wait. We have been sittin there for long time, and finlly he said the car is ready....This sale guy seems doesn't want us to see what's going on when the car with the cold engine. The saleman we had was very pushyl. He was not interested in telling you the detail of the car, but keep asking you "what price make you happy", and said don't give me a unreasonable price..... We want to go back to see other cars, but we are afraid of seeing him :(
