There are men out there that have searched for the illusive elephant graveyard to behold its ivory riches.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I have found the elephant graveyard of the adult entertainment world. No longer do the ivory riches flow from these dancers as poachers have long since been to their tusks. This is the place where the once majestic beasts go off alone to finish the final moments of their life. Their teeth are missing and worn down from years of grinding and their bodies show the wear of their children.
What else can I say. It's sad when you go there for your buddy's birthday and end up trying to find the ugliest dancer for him instead of the hottest because that's what is there for the pickings. -

I was out partying with my friends one night, and consumed more alcohol, and blow than You would probably believe. My friend was leaving the province to go live in Alberta so we decided to take her to a stripclub.
The girls were unattractive, and all seemed really depressed. I spent $50.00 on beer, and sat at the bar for the 2 hours we were there watching some clint eastwood movie, trying to pretend I was somewhere else.
They only had beer in a bottle, and only shitty cheap brands too.
Some over weight late-40's something filipino chick came up to me and asked for a dance. I tried politely telling her to fuck off, but she was persistent. When She offered to give Me a blowjob I paid the bartender, did a final bump in the bathroom, and stumbled the fuck out of there, and went the fuck home; drinking along the way, trying to forget that a place like that existed.
I think that was the most alcohol I've ever consumed in one night, and even then none of the women there were attractive. I fear that if I were to go there sober I'd forever be turned off of women. -

Jilly's is a strip club that is stuck in an era past. A friend and I came here as a gag because I heard about how bad it was. There was supposed to be a revitalization but I had no idea what I was in for...
*** DRINKS ***
I ordered 2 bottles of Heineken for the night.
*** SERVICE ***
Service was poor for the most part. The bouncer did a fine job and the waitress did her job adequately.
* Bouncer *
There is a friendly bouncer at the doors when you enter. He wears a white dress shirt, black pants and a black bow tie. He tried to make some conversation with us when we entered. He bade us farewell when we left.
* Waitress *
The waitress was simply there to do a job and didn't show any enthusiasm. She was fully clothed in shirt and pants. She asked us if we wanted any drinks and brought them quickly. She came back to clean up too.
* Strippers *
None of the strippers ever approached us when we were sitting together at our table. Once I was sitting alone, near the end of my stay, one woman approached me to ask for a dance, which I kindly rejected. The strippers on stage were mostly amateur, too old or out of shape. There were just 2 girls who knew how to work the pole. None of the women were aesthetically pleasing (Good from far, far from good). Only one woman, Mya (butter face), had a good stripper body. Many of the strippers didn't really strip. They took off their tops, but the bottoms were left on for the most part. Only the girls whose coochies you didn't want to see would actually show it. The dancing was pretty boring and one of the strippers danced to Nickleback.
*** ATMOSPHERE ***
Like any strip club, it's fairly dark, there are black lights and other small colored lights shining across the room. There is a DJ playing music for the women to dance to and it's fairly loud. There are TVs on the walls so you can watch UFC or CP24 if the talent on stage isn't to your liking. There is a bar and 2 pool tables. There are some very scantily clad women who walk around the club, but do not appear to be employees. These women were on the extreme of "out of shape". They approach the men, who are mostly over middle aged and desperate, and solicit them. I can't be 100% sure, but I believe these women were prostitutes.
*** PRICE ***
Any money spent here is beyond what anyone should pay.
Heineken | $8.00
*** BARE FACTS ***
Jilly's revitalization was an epic fail. This place is in need of a resurrection. The strippers are too old, out of shape or amateur. The shows are boring and the clientele is not inviting. Prices are too high and even the pool tables are coin-op. The only entertainment that can be had here is from laughing at how pathetic it is. This is the absolute worst strip club I have ever been to. Please do not come here!Listed in: Grin and bare it!

Went to Jilly's with high hopes that their REVITALIZATION was going to be epically amazing.
Had I been a male in search of sexy time romance I think Jilly's would have definitely been 1 star, but I am awarding Jilly's 2 stars solely for the entertainment factor of the evening.
The "dancers" looked like they were plucked straight from the set of a Maury Povich episode (Tyeshia is back with 6 more men and she swears one of them IS the father!) I doubt a single one of these strippers was under 30. Only one had big fake tits and pole skills; the others were out of shape and had amateur-ish self-taught dance moves likely learned from watching YouTube videos.
Considering it was midnight on a Friday, the place was empty. Maybe 10-15 patrons in total - old men and 1 guy in a wheelchair who was really into it. Plus there are ghetto prostitutes everywhere (the kind that have ads in the back pages of NOW magazine). The prostitute to patron ratio was very good, I'd say 1:1.
Warning to the ladies - the strippers here apparently do not have their own dressing room facilities, so beware when entering the female washroom. When I entered, the "goth" stripper had one leg up on the sink and was wiping down her private parts with a brown paper napkin. (She looked at me and said "Don't mind me hunny, just cleaning up!")
Free entry but drinks were $8.
As far as I can tell, the "revitalization" consisted of a large flat screen tv mounted next to the stage. They were playing an old season (12) of the Ultimate Fighter. This was good because I could at least watch GSP in a speedo rolling around on the ground instead of these sad looking females on stage. -

This was my first time at a strip club and maybe Jilly's wasn't the best place to pop that cherry. It's like taking a vegetarian to Dangerous Dan's to try a burger; the meat is cheap and of poor quality, and you're afraid to sit anywhere.
We went around 9 p.m. on a Saturday and the place was as empty as a eunuch's jockstrap. Much has been said about the heinosity of the strippers here but I thought they weren't THAT bad looking. Where were the missing teeth and visible C-section scars that I heard about? I actually might've liked Jilly's better if the girls were really fug; then I could appreciate the kitsch factor.
However, my main problem with the ladies was that they were just phoning in their routines. Their eyes were glazed over and the choreography of their "sets" was as flat and lifeless as the aging Asian stripper's chest. Nobody's gonna buy lap dances off of you if you have all the enthusiasm of a starfish in bed.
Jilly's has no cover charge but it still wasn't worth the $14.50 I paid for two bottles of skunky Sleeman's.
DRINK SPECIALS:
"Afternoon Madness" $3.50 drinks every day from 4 to 7 p.m.Listed in: My Series of Non-Sexual Dates…, Liquor Up for Less

I think I've finally figured out why the US still has paper $1's - it just isn't the same in Canada.
And Jilly's is pretty bad. Not run-down-you're-gonna-get-mugged like it would be in the US, but like I-can't-believe-I-came-here-at-2am.
4-7PM = $3.50 drinks apparently -

Ah Jilly's.
This is where you go after seeing a show at The Opera House across the street.
It's also a seedy joint where the peelers have C-section scars and missing teeth.
AND..., wait for it. Wait for it...$3 beers till 7PM every day.
This is Toronto's East end in all its brutal glory.
And I love it. -

More blue collar than perhaps any other club in Toronto, Jilly's sits at Queen and Broadview just east of the Don. One can feel the relentless charge of condo construction end abruptly at Jilly's and a good thing too; she is a beautiful old building and a real landmark in the area.
Entering Jilly's from the Broadview entrance (for some reason you can only exit through the queen street side) you are immediately hit by a strong toilet puck and vanilla scent, the place is a little run down and wears its 50-year history with a truculent charm.
