The saleswomen used high pressure tactics and openly discouraged shopping around for no good reason. Also, there was a free gift with a purchase over $400 that she neglected to include.

Established in 1998
The Walters family has been active in the Jewellery industry for over 60 years. Jeff grew up in the jewellery business working in many of his fathers 50-odd stores. In 1998 Jeff Walters Diamonds became a dream come true for Jeff, creating an environment not in a mall, but rather in an intimate location which allows for deeper personal relationships with it's customers. Customer service is unmatched and attention to detail a glowing advantage for every customer.
Uniqely situated on a second floor location, the companies slogan says it all; "If she's really the one, she's worth the extra effort to come to Jeff Walters Diamonds".
Meet the Business Owner: Jeff W.
Helping people make brillient decissions is how I live my life. Running a successful jewellery store is one way I get to do this. My belief in the store is this: Jewellery of all kinds is a luxury item. Therefore it is my duty to help my customers make the best decision possible for their budget so they will reap long term enjoyment for years to come.
My passion outside the store is boating. I love to spend the summer months travelling the Great Lakes with my wife Sue. Since our four children are out of the house either in university or persuing their carreers, we have ample time to explore the lakes and rivers right in our back yard. I love to hear from fellow boaters anytime of the year.
