Review from Jenni B.
This is a good place to go on game night. It's pretty new to the location so it doesn't get overly busy although it does fill up.
It has a funky loungey atmosphere; I sat in the bar area right in front of the televisions which were playing a pay per view hockey game. They waited until the last minute to order the game, which didn't make sense since it costs the same, but what can you do - we asked and they put it on straight away.
They have 40c wings, and loads of appies and mains, lots of standard pub kind of food - but better. I didn't find it overly greasy which was nice and was absolutely stuffed after my meal - although that did not stop me from ordering cheesecake (FYI - totally worth it)!
Patrons there were friendly (possibly due to being over served) and the servers were friendly. The area they sat us was more middle aged patrons, the bar was a much younger crowd. One thing I did notice was a patron at the table next to us who was intoxicated to the point of not being able to speak, but they continued to serve him. Another patron sent my friend and I drinks (nice gesture), however neither of us was drinking so we declined the drinks and they were very nice about it (although they should have clued in that we ordered water the whole night).
Overall, good place fun atmosphere. Our server was great, we were there for the whole game and only ordered food, but she was attentive and ensured our waters were maintained. I would go there again.
