Jasmine has been my favourite Thai & Vietnamese restaurant for the past 14 years. (They serve other Asian cuisines, as well, but I can't remember what they are, off the top of my head.) Every time I visit a new restaurant serving similar cuisine, I always compare the tastes. Nothing has come close to Jasmine.
Everything is prepared fresh. Service is top notch. For years while living in Saskatoon, we were regulars and would often ask the chef to choose our meals for us. He would usually cook up several dishes that were not on the menu. We were always delightful surprised & ever impressed by the flavours & textures. Hands down the best spring rolls, ever. Absolutely every dish was delicious!
I desperately miss this restaurant, and often pine about traveling across the country simply to eat there again.
