Very trustworthy person. He once stayed at my place until 2:00 AM to fix the furnace. On another occasion, he worked on the AC for 3 hours to perfectly fix it. And today, he came to my house to take a look at the boiler (hot water was not working). He just reset the machine, and refused to get paid! Not only is this person nice and reliable, but he is also a very skilled technician (if you can call him a technician). When he fixes something, the problem never comes back. He makes sure everything is repaired completely and flawlessly. Apparently he worked with Direct Energy for 10 years or so. So he's got some legit credibility. And he is very organized too. He respects your property and handles your belongings carefully.
Besides boiler, furnace, AC and water heater, he also does rooftop, freezer/cooler and fireplace.
My gripe? Well, he may not be punctual since he is busy. But he will come and fix anything until it works again even in ungodly hours.
