In terms of baby stores, this one may be the best one out there with regards to service, price and practicality.
The stores in Kits such as Crocodile and Hip Baby are a bit expensive, and some of the products are a little too "trendy", as opposed to being practical.
Babies R Us, next to Toy's R Us, is useless. The service and staff product knowledge is abysmal. I don't even want to rate them because zero stars is not possible.
The staff at Jack and Lola's are very knowledgeable and helpful about all of their products. -

Spoke with the manager who offered me a 20% discount on any item and gave me an exact answer on date of arrival for my stroller. She was very understanding of my frustration and proactive in her approach so gave the store one more star. Regardless, still not happy with my overall experience.
