I have known Mike & Bob Vito since I was about 8 years old. I grew up eating their New York style Pizza in Cultus Lake.
Since moving to Vancouver I not only use their corned beef at home but in my restaurant.
Not only is their product amazing but their service. They drive into the city and delivery it, no matter the size of your order. -

My girl Darcy here on yelp recommended I check out Mike Vitow's J. Beethoven's New York Corned Beef Connection over at Granville Island!
Well, there is right and there is RIGHT!! Winner winner chicken dinner!!!
Mike has a masterpiece on his hands. We are talking Grade AAA Beef from Alberta transformed into corned beef that literally melts in your mouth. The guy is a freaken genius. I kid you not, in fact I challenge anyone out there to get better. People it doesn't exist. Ask Salt, Mike's corned beef is one of their featured items.
What a character. The genius is an actor, writer and corn beef creator from New York City. What a joy to talk to when he lets loose on that distinct accent and what a journey he has been on.
Vancouver should consider it's self lucky that he decided on making this his home.
He has 1 product and excels at it. Check him out at Granville Island once a month generally around the 15th or so. Go down and meet the man *the legend and you will be a steady customer after 1 bite. I know I will.
