Pretty good for food court sushi. It's made right in front of you while you wait.  The rice was a little warm and didn't hold together when picked up. Gyoza dumplings are probably the best quick bite in the Metrotown food court.

For a food court, it'll get you a sushi fix, the sashimi is rather generous if you don't mind gnawing on big hunks of fish.

Ordered the dynamite roll and California roll.

For a food court, the service was nice and quick!

Dynamite roll: I appreciated the shrimp tempura being fresh and hot still, but it was in a heavy batter that was too doughy.

California roll:  the ingredients were fresh and they did not skimp on anything.

On both rolls, the rice was warm and did not stick very well and came apart the second you used chopsticks to pick it up. Also, the nori was very chewy. The pieces are also quite large and awkward to eat.

It wasn't the *worst* sushi I've ever had, and if you're at the mall and want a quick bite -- I'd say go for it.  It does seem fresh and the price is average.

Hit and miss, but mostly miss.

Another food court restaurant, but this is the only sushi place for super quick sushi so when I need my sushi fix, this is where I go.

There's usually something wrong with the food.  Either the food is not hot enough, sushi rice is too warm, tuna sashimi is still slightly frozen and etc...

Other times, they food is good, their avocado is the perfect ripe-ness, udon broth is not too salty... you get the picture.
